The Space:

Lakeville Lodge is a massive 4,000 square foot log chalet situated on over 8 acres of secluded land. Located just minutes from Motorized Lake Wallenpaupack, this property offers a perfect blend of privacy and accessibility. Guests can enjoy nearby attractions in historic Hawley and Honesdale, with opportunities for boating, dining, and relaxation.



This lodge is designed for ultimate comfort and entertainment. With an open floor plan spread across three levels, it features a variety of amenities that cater to both relaxation and fun. The property includes a spacious basement with a pool table, arcade machine, and a large Smart TV, while the main floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen, an all-seasons patio, and a wrap-around deck.

The lodge is pet-friendly, allowing well-behaved dogs for an additional fee. Guests must be 25 years or older, with exceptions for families with children.

Lakeville Lodge is located 100 miles from NYC, a short 2 hour car ride. We are 2.5 hours from Philadelphia.



Other Things to Note:

Well behaved dogs allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $75 per pet fee. AirBnb only collects pet fees for the first pet, additional approved dogs will be an additional $75/pet charged post booking.

Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children.

Parking is limited to 7 cars, No RVs.

Per local regulations, we are restricted to an overnight guest maximum of 10 guests and 15 total day guests.

Rental agreement required before stay and will be sent post booking.
