The Space:

Lakeville Lodge is a massive 4,000 square foot log chalet set on over 8 secluded acres, providing a perfect retreat for relaxation and entertainment. Located less than 5 minutes from Motorized Lake Wallenpaupack, guests can enjoy public boat launches and various dining options in nearby historic towns like Hawley and Honesdale. This lodge is designed for ultimate comfort and fun, featuring a wide array of amenities to ensure a memorable stay.



The lodge boasts an open floor plan across three separate levels, allowing for ample space to unwind. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The interior features include a main floor with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area with a gas fireplace, and a reading loft. The basement offers entertainment options with a pool table, arcade machine, and a 65-inch 4K Smart TV.

The lodge is pet-friendly, allowing well-behaved dogs on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. Guests are required to be at least 25 years old, with exceptions for families with children. The property has a maximum overnight guest limit of 10 and a total day guest limit of 15.



Lakeville Lodge is conveniently located 100 miles from NYC and 2.5 hours from Philadelphia, making it an ideal getaway. Guests can also utilize the Rosie app for grocery delivery from the local Lake Region IGA in Hawley, PA.



We aim to provide an impeccably functioning home that is superbly clean and well amenitized with everything you should need to unwind and relax.

Lakeville Lodge is located 100 miles from NYC, a short 2 hour car ride. We are 2.5 hours from Philadelphia.



Other Things to Note:

Well behaved dogs allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $75 per pet fee. AirBnb only collects pet fees for the first pet, additional approved dogs will be an additional $75/pet charged post booking.

Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children.

Parking is limited to 7 cars, No RVs.

Per local regulations, we are restricted to an overnight guest maximum of 10 guests and 15 total day guests.

Rental agreement required before stay and will be sent post booking.



We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible.
