Guest Access:
• Some suites do not have ocean views. An ocean view can be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
• A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
• Bedding configurations vary and are not guaranteed. Please contact the resort for further details.
• January – March has a milder climate and is prime season for whale watching.
• All studio suites have an adjoining door to a 1-bedroom deluxe suite.
•The resort will be undergoing renovation from March 2025 through December 2025. During this time, noise, dust, odor and work crews onsite may be experienced. Dates are subjected to change.
• The state of Hawaii mandates a Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) based on the size of your unit. This tax is collected upon check-out. Please contact the resort for the exact amount.
• We require the guest information for the primary guest (should at least be 21 years old) checking in to be provided as soon as possible to avoid check-in issues.
