We’re also very sorry that the cleanliness of the unit did not meet the standard you deserved upon arrival. We completely understand that, after unpacking and settling in, having a cleaning crew return would have disrupted your limited vacation time. While we appreciated the opportunity to offer assistance, we regret that these concerns were not addressed before your arrival. We have followed up with our cleaning team and are taking additional steps to ensure the showers, floors, windowsills, railings, and other detailed areas are thoroughly inspected between stays. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding the beach chairs and will review replacing them with more comfortable reclining options.
