Aloha Jerry! Glad you found the condo was in a great location and good access to beaches. Aloha Leonard! We are happy that you enjoyed the location and cleanliness of our home. We like that part too! As for the air conditioning, window units are very common and can have a hum. One suggestion for future visits is to turn it off while you are relaxing on the lanai, then turn it back on when you come inside. This will not only cut down on sound, but also conserve energy. Yes, the lanai faces a grassy, tree lined area and beyond that is the parking lot. We don’t typically include spices, other than salt and pepper as an amenity because they expire too quickly and we have guests from many countries and it would be difficult to anticipate everyone’s tastes. However, we can reseach places and make suggestions of where our guests can buy small amounts of spices and condiments so that they don’t go to waste. Thanks for bringing these items to our attention. We take extra effort to make improvements and offer suggestions to our guests so you have a great experience and enjoy our home as much as we do. Aloha Dianne, Thanks for the suggestions. We are going in July to do some maintenance and take your suggestions to heart. We will replace the shower head and add the kind with the flexible hose so it can be used by those tall and short. I'll see if we can get a memory foam topper to keep in the closet to make the bed less firm and I think it's time to replace the washer and dryer. Mahalo, Kimberly

Thank you Christina! Glad you and your hubby had a good time! And good idea on the ice packs! We'll see about getting those to keep in the freezer as you suggested. Please let me know if the noise from the dumpster was before 8AM. It is supposed to be locked during quiet hours, which are from 10PM to 8AM. Sometimes the groundskeepers don't lock the dumpsters on time, so it's helpful to know. Hope you're able to come visit again soon! Mahalo, Kimberly
