Perfect Beach Location

If you are having in doubts, don’t, just book! The condo is large with many amenities. The decor is very beachy. Place very clean. It is a very short walk to beach and fishing from marsh dock is just outside your door. Host quick to communicate. Just short drive to Murrell Inlet for great seafood.

Just Beautiful

All around beautiful!! Views are just amazing. Accuracy of this place is right on. Easy to get questions answered. Very clean, easy walk to beach, easy to get great seafood, gorgeous view of sunset. Just a great time!! :)

Wow!

The back balcony overlooks the marsh. Walk out the door and 90 seconds later, you are looking at the beach. If i could buy that condo, I totally would. The owner is super nice and VERY responsive to any msgs you send. Will totally stay there again the next opportunity I have.

William was a fabulous host. Very responsive and made sure everything was taken care of. The place is really nice and they make it feel like home. They have everything you need and everything you forgot you needed. Would recommend for sure!

The property was super nice and clean. Had everything we needed and very comfortable beds. The location could not have been better. I would have rated it a 5 but we were unable to get the guest bathroom shower to work. Woukd sysy here again.

The location of this condo is great! The easiest beach access and beautiful marsh view from the deck. The condo was clean and provided everything we needed. Owners were very responsive, although we had zero issues! Neighbors were friendly, parking was great. Pool is close by. We would stay again!

Perfect Beach Weekend

Convenient to the beach and pool. Enjoyed the view off the back deck overlooking the marsh. Perfect spot for a place to relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The property itself was clean, spacious and had almost everything we needed. The living room funiture and beds were very comfortable. Great communication from the host and easy check-in/ out process. Very accompanying. Would recommend this condo for a quiet relaxing stay at Linchfield beach.

I will be back as often as possible

I had never used VBRO before, so the entire rental process was unfamiliar to me. However, it was a positive experience! The host helped me through some issues I had on my side; they were kind, attentive, and responsive. The property is amazing, well-stocked, and very clean. I did not want to leave. I definitely plan to rent with this host in the future as often as I can. Love Love Love it!

Comfort, Convenience, and Style

Easy access to the beach. Bird watching on the balcony overlooking the marsh. Close to restaurants and broogreen Gardens. So many thoughtful details that were unusual for a rental home- hats, beach bags, flip flops, and more. There were plenty of towels and ample kitchen ware. The decor was homey and fun without being too cutesy. We loved our stay.

SAND AND SURF

Very nice unit; good location; view of marshes...and literally across street from beach. Checkin process: A failure. Renters need to know: WHAT BLDG NUMBER; WHAT UNIT LETTER!!! Also: Lock Box, at the least, needs a good dose of WD 40. Took me 15 minutes - and the tip of a ballpoint pen, to force the 'latch' to release the dropbox cover. We were not pleased. Good thing I am resourceful. Other than that, a fine visit. But..checkin process needs serious attention. Guests don't like wandering around like the Lost Tribes of Israel.
