**Pets** : Not permitted.



**Smoking** : This is a non-smoking property.



**Quiet Hours** : We ask guests to respect the neighbors and observe quiet

hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



**Private Spa** : Children under 12 are NOT permitted in the Spa. 12 to

17-year-olds are only allowed in the Spa with a parent or guardian present.

**NO EXCEPTIONS**. There will be separate instructions for opening, closing,

and adding a small chlorine scoop when you finish using it for the day.
