Welcome to your perfect escape in Surfside Beach! Nestled in a gated community
just across the street from the shoreline. This charming first-floor apartment
features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, offering comfort, privacy, and access to
resort-style amenities that make every day feel like a vacation.
Inside, you'll find a spacious, light-filled living area with comfortable
furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen—ideal for family meals, snacks on the
go, or relaxing evenings in.
Step outside and discover everything this vibrant community has to offer.
Spend your days lounging by two sparkling community pools, then soak your
cares away in one of the two luxurious hot tubs. Whether you're starting your
morning with a swim or ending the day in your private spa, there's no shortage
of ways to relax.
When you're ready for adventure, the beach is just a short walk away. Explore
the iconic Surfside Beach Pier, Garden City Pier, dine at local restaurants,
or take a quick drive to nearby attractions like Myrtle Beach, Brookgreen
Gardens, or Murrells Inlet.

Whether you're seeking sun-soaked beach days, poolside relaxation, or a little
of both, this Surfside Beach gem is the perfect place to call home during your
stay.
This is a gated community. You will receive an email requesting additional
information so that a community access pass can be issued to you upon arrival.
**Pets** : Not permitted.
**Smoking** : _**This is a non-smoking property.**_
**Quiet Hours** : We ask guests to respect the neighbors and observe quiet
hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
**Private Spa** : Children under 10 are NOT permitted in the Spa. 10 to
17-year-olds are only allowed in the Spa with a parent or guardian present.
**NO EXCEPTIONS**. Keep the Spa closed when no one is in it. There will be
separate instructions for opening, closing, and adding a small chlorine scoop
when you finish using it for the day. You'll find this on the wall next to
the thermostat.
**Arrival:** Oceanside Village is a gated community. Arrival is through the
manned security gate off of Melody Lane, just East (ocean side) of Business
17. Security will have the "driver's" name you provided on their list. They
will issue you a mirror tag that allows you unlimited access through this
manned security gate. You may exit through any of the unmanned gates. There is
an unmanned gate next to our property. There are five total unmanned gates,
but they all require an access card for entry. All unmanned gates are closed
between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
You can purchase a gate access card (size of a credit card) in the OSV office
(not at the guardhouse) that allows you to enter through any of the other 5
unmanned gates. The cost is $30, **cash only** , with a $10 cash refund if you
return the card to the OSV office during business hours. If you need to return
it after hours, use the mail slot to the left of the office entrance door
where you purchased it. They will mail you a check. The office is located near
the guardhouse. You’ll drive past the office, on your left, as you come into
the community. Office hours are 8:30 – 4:30 Monday–Friday, and 9:00 – 4:30
Saturday.
**Parking:** Park on the left side of the driveway. The guest parking sign
will be visible on the house.
**Entry** : The front door is on the beach side of the first floor. Your
access code will be the last 4 digits of your cell phone number used for your
reservation. Normal check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m. Please
reach out to us if you would like an earlier check-in.
