This comfortable 1,000 square-foot, fully-furnished private mother-in-law suite provides a well stocked kitchen with full size appliances making it easy to cook or reheat leftovers. To help get your day started, we provide a starter supply of organic coffee, tea, and multiple ways to caffeinate your day!

We’ve prioritized quality sleep with the new plush Helix Midnight Luxe mattress that offers medium firm support. The California King size means it’s taller than a regular king - great for our taller travelers! Plus, the luxe 100% Pima cotton sateen sheets, assortment of quality pillows, and blackout cellular blinds and curtains will help provide a restful sleep so you feel recharged and refreshed.

Enjoy our shared backyard space where you can have your morning coffee/tea, read a book, or watch our resident hummingbirds. If you love to cook, pick fresh herbs from the garden or citrus from the trees. Enjoy an evening cocktail and watch the mountains turn pink.

We have a thorough cleaning protocol to ensure all surfaces are sanitized and use unscented cleaning products. We're also eco friendly and provide personal care and cleaning products from Public Goods for our guests to use.

For those guests who are bringing bikes we have a secure area in our garage for you to store your bikes during your stay.

Dos Agaves is located on the grounds of our personal home, so we try to make it as boutique of an experience as possible. Since the suite has its own private entrance, there is plenty of privacy and we’re happy to interact with you as little or as much as preferred!

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to the suite except the following areas:
- Owner's closet in the bathroom
The laundry room is a shared space with the owners.
The backyard is a shared space with the owners and our dog.
OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: This is a quiet neighborhood, so we ask that you reduce all outside noise after 10 PM
NO COVERED PARKING: While there is plenty of space in the driveway, there is NO covered parking.
YARD: Backyard is a shared space.
CAMERAS: We have 2 cameras on the exterior of the house. They are for your safety and the protection of our property; don’t tamper with them. There are no interior cameras as that would be weird!
DAMAGE/ISSUES: If anything is damaged or has any issues, please let us know ASAP so we can get it fixed.
TRIP INSURANCE: We highly recommend you purchase trip insurance so that if something happens that prevents you from traveling, you’re covered financially.
RELAX & ENJOY! We’re fairly quiet, morning people. It’s ok if you come and go at later hours, we simply request keep voices down when outside after 10pm.
