PARKING: There are 2 street-specific parking passes in the casita on the TV stand in the living room for use during your stay. Please place it on the dash or hang it from the rearview mirror of your car, and ensure that you are parked on 1st Ave to avoid parking tickets. Please remember to return the parking passes where you found them prior to your departure.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

SOFA BED: Please let us know if you plan to use the sofa bed so we can have bedding ready for your stay.

We loved this place. It was perfect for our visit to Tucson. It’s a beautiful example of the local bungalows in the university district and is easy walking distance to all the hip strips. It was clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Clean property; just as outlined in VRBO; comfortable bed ; close to U of A ; trolly ; Time Market. We cooked 1-2 meals a day and had what we needed. We drive to various hiking spots in the area exploring the amazing nature and enjoyed quiet restful evenings ; easy to park!

The house and location are great. Owner was excellent and responsive. We are what I would describe as active seniors so showering in a regular bath tub without a mat or wall railing was tricky.

Off street parking as well as street permit provided by host. Vibrant neighborhood with good shopping .2 miles and great restaurants and market. Quiet, comfortable with a living room and dining nook for Scrabble or eating, spacious bedroom, good drawer and closet space. Plenty hot water and good, quiet air conditioning. Ceiling fan in bedroom a plus.

Great location near the University of Arizona in a quiet neighborhood. It was a charming duplex with everything we needed for our stay. Starbucks and CVS were a five-minute walk away. We would definitely stay again.

Sweet Stay

Stayed here several times before and really enjoyed the house. The house is well appointed with a bit of reto touch. It was clean, neat, and well located for our purpose. We will definitely stay here again.
