With over 1,700 square feet, floor-to-ceiling Gulf scenery, and an oversized private balcony, this condo offers a refined home away from home feel - paired with outstanding onsite amenities and a prime location near Pier Park.

✹ No parties or loud music - building and local rules are strictly enforced
✹ Booking guest must be 25+ and present during the whole stay
✹ Parking fee: Aqua building management charges $50 per vehicle, paid directly via their online system before arrival
✹ Cancellation policy: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date. Fifty percent (50%) will be refunded if made more than 14 days prior. For cancellations within 14 days, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. The 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable. Please note - I am a traveler too and know that things come up! If you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know and I will do my best to work with you.
