The main bedroom features a queen bed with private work station, ensuite bathroom, large closet and view of the backyard.

Great Time in Tucson

We loved the house the backyard amenities were even better than imagined! We walked to campus every day! The only think missing were we would have loved some blankets!

Hidden Gem

This beautiful home is tucked in a quiet little neighborhood , close to the UofA campus and several restaurants and stores. There was plenty of space and games/activities for the whole family. The pool was great, but as luck would have it, the weather was a little chillier than normal, so we didn’t get as much pool time as we had hoped! Overall wonderful stay with simple and comfortable decor.

We are glad you appreciated the safe and quiet location, walking distance to UA campus. All beds are newly purchased. The backyard has 6 Adirondack chairs, 2 bistro chairs with table in the pool cabana/game room, and 2 lounge chairs by the pool. There are 2 additional Adirondack chairs in the front yard as well. It is unfortunate that your expectations of an outdoor grill factored in your review. Note that we do not list this as an amenity nor include any grill photos. We strive to keep our listing completely accurate and are very responsive to any questions regarding amenities or special requests.

Fantastic Property

Stay here was close to family, thus excellent choice for the 4 of us. Well stocked with coffee, tea, spices. Hard to say anything bad about it. Only 1 idea to make it even more outstanding would be to replace the mattress on the lower pull out bed of the room with the 2 beds ~ it’s too squishy. Otherwise it’s the best house I ever rented.

Overall impression of this property is outstanding. The host has gone above and beyond with considerate small touches that make a big impact on your stay. Coffee, snacks, and spices are just a few of the conveniences. The house and outdoor areas are very clean and lots of natural light. Campus is a quick 11 minute walk. Wonderful

This is the perfect property for a stay in Tucson! We came to the area to visit the University and take in a volleyball game and a football game. The location of the house is such that it was just a quick walk to both. The house exceeded our expectations. It is decorated and furnished with such attention to detail that you feel so comfortable and taken care of. Everything you could need is provided. Coffee, bottled water and snacks were much appreciated by all members of our family. Amy was a fabulous host. She checked in with us to make sure we were all settled and asked if we needed anything. We loved the putting green and the safe neighborhood. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in Tucson. Thank you, Amy!
