Welcome to our home, we provide affordable vacation rental home where you can have fun, connect and create Life-Long Memories. We strive to create the best experiences for our guests, and part of that is excellent communication. Our home is PERFECT for Leisure/Business/Adventure/Family travelers! It is minutes away from LAX to Downtown LA, Disneyland, Hollywood, and Beaches. Our goal is to provide a comfortable stay. We provide memory foam beds, a stocked kitchen, Smart-TV’s, and WIFI.

Layout : 2 Rooms & 2 Bathroom

Room#1 1 Queen Bed
Room#2 2 Queen Size bed and 2 twin

Common Area: 1 Queen size Air bed.

** Each bedroom is equipped with memory foam mattresses and comfortable bedding for a relaxing sleep. **

Although this is very separate and private home it is important to keep ALL Noise Levels Down to a minimum. Absolutely No Noise after 11 pm. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors.

Potential Additional Fee that can apply:

* If you are having some sort of Celebration and need a home where you can Party, Play Music or Make a Lot of Noise, this is NOT the Home for you. Any Party or authorized gathering will have a minimum of $ 250 fee applied.
* NO Smoking or vaping of any kind is absolutely PROHIBITED inside the home. If you do, any cleaning or furniture replacement costs will be deducted from your security deposit. A $250 fee will apply for any smell or cigarettes' buds found.

* PETS allowed Upon approval:
Pet fee :
Any pet extra cleaning and damages will be charge.
Any pet not notified will can be subject to $250.00 fee and subject to home cancellation.



1 PARKING spot is available and Street Parking: make sure you park parallel to the house. You will be sharing the driveway with another tenant. (See Signs for Street Sweeper days).

Don't mind a friendly Large Breed dog in the premises : ) she is in a closed gate. Away from your area.

-Check-in 4 pm -Check-out is 10 am

-You can check-in any time after 4pm and as Late as you want, you will have an Access Pin Code to enter.

-Early check-in depends on if the Home is Cleaned Early Enough, you can ask if it is available to check-in early the day before you arrive and we will confirm.

-Late Check-out ONLY WITH APPROVAL. A late checkout Fee can apply. Please send a message to discuss fees.

-We will send you All Information and Address Prior to your Arrival.

Pillows, bed sheets, and blankets for all beds and air bed , small blankets for cozy nights in the living room, desk for laptop, place mats for dining table, a small hair dryer; an iron and ironing board, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels (1 per person), hand towels, coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, grape seed oil, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, broom, mop, cleaning supplies, cookware, Stove/ oven, dishware, and utensils, hangers, 1st Aid Kit,

6 Toilet Paper Rolls to get you started; you must provide the rest for the duration of your stay.
