The place looked like it wasn’t cleaned dust on headboards, rusty shower caddy, dirt in one of the bath tubes, the pillows on the couch were so dirty also food or something on the couch the place just wasn’t cleaned and we pay a cleaning fee for what?

Room was nice, but the master suites bed is hard as a rock, we went and purchased an egg crate mattress topper to try to help it some but no luck. Absolutely worse sleep ever, they only leave 2 trash bags and I had to purchase my own wash rags bc they had 2 and only 8 towels, so plan to wash those daily with the dryer that takes what seems like hours to dry, had to restart every load multiple times to dry clothes. Mirrors, dishes, and toaster was absolutely disgusting. And the WiFi kept going in and out. The host was fast with responses but didn’t offer to send bags or towels, etc. view was great. Half the outlets don’t work.

What a great space to relax and enjoy the beach. Great location. Quick responses to any miscellaneous questions we had during our stay. We would stay again. Definitely recommend.

Wondeful

Excellent expierence from the time we booked the stay til we left! Communication is amazing! Condo was very clean and cozy! The views from the Balcony were wtunning as we could watch dolphins in the mornings. Close walk to pier park restraunts and shopping. Would defenitly stay again!

This is the nicest/junkiest place I’ve stayed. Came in and the AC just was not working. It was 78 degrees in the place and the thermostat would not work. Tried 6-8 times to contact the host with still no reply. The Toilet seat was not even connected to the toilet. Multiple power outlets don’t work. One room had no lights that work. Not even the lamps worked. Room smelled of weed as well. Only thing this room has going for it is the view and the amount of space in the room. I would still love to be contacted by the “owner” or whoever is in charge of this condo because my experience was not good

We understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive to a warm unit, have difficulty reaching us, and then encounter multiple maintenance issues. This is certainly not the standard we want for our guests. We are especially sorry that you felt you had to repeatedly reach out without receiving a response. We take your concerns about the AC, toilet seat, outlets, lighting, and odor very seriously and will be addressing each of these items with our maintenance and cleaning teams. We would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly, hear more about what happened, and make this right. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention, they already have been resolved, and again, we sincerely apologize for letting you down.

Family vacay at aqua

Enjoyed condo. Was kinda disappointed only one bedroom was ocean view but Enjoyed balcony. Make sure to use placemats on kitchen table or everything sticks to the table. Always love staying at aqua condo

Our Awesome family Vacation at Aqua!

We started an annual family vacation a few years ago with all our 4 children/spouses and 9 grandchildren. We usually get multiple condo's. This was the 2nd year at the Aqua and they never disappoint!!!! We had a great time, clean amenities, great location, very comfortable beds, very spacious condo's. I highly recommend for other couples or whole family's!!!!

4 night stay

The room itself was amazing as was the view of the beach ❤️ The beds were a little to hard for me and the dryer didnt want to dry on the first cycle. The elevator wait on check out was awful, we waited 30 minutes just to go down which I'm sure its because it was peak season. I loved being just steps away from the beach. All and all we had a great time, thank you for allowing us to stay❤️

Good family vacation regardless of hurricane

We had a great time at your condo.. the bedrooms were perfect for adults.. only problem was not enough room in living area to watch tv… Suggestions only.. I would love to see a lounger or something to relax and read on balcony. Need new pans for frying… and would be nice to have Rubbermaid containers to put leftovers in. Keurig vs. big coffee maker Would be nice.

PCB 2023

1st time stay at Aqua. Love the location. The room was nice, not alot of seating for big familys, dryer doesnt work, wifi didnt work and there was a smell that we reported several times and nothing was ever done about it. If we ever stay at the aqua again it will not be this room.

We had to completely clean the room before we could even unpack. Room smelled horrid. We stripped, laundered and dried all bedding. Cleaned bathrooms, toilets, lavatories, appliances, dishes, etc., swiffered and swept all floors. Then used FeBreeze throughout. The front door of the unit looked like it had been hit with a battering ram! NONE of the furniture was comfortable. We even bought a foam topper for one bed. We left the unit much better than we found it. Know your owner!!
