Enjoy the convenience of a kitchenette with a two burner stove, under counter fridge, microwave, bar sink, coffee maker and toaster. Additional in-room amenities include cable/satellite TV, DVD/VCR player, telephone, IPod clock radio. (200 sq. ft.)



Guests will have access to the concessions, pool bar, BBQ grills, business center, activity center (fee`s apply), arcade, beach access, fitness center (age restrictions apply), game room, out door pool and hot tub.



Walking distance from the resort is the historic Daytona Beach Boardwalk features enough attractions to fill a day, including arcades, the Joyland Amusement Center, souvenir shops, several restaurants, Oceanfront Park, and the performing arts center The Bandshell. During the summer you can enjoy a fireworks show every Saturday night.



Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse & Museum

Just a short drive is Florida`s tallest lighthouse is also one of its oldest, most well-preserved. The keepers` dwellings surrounding the lighthouse also have preserved artifacts.



Visit the iconic Daytona race track, both for a race or for tours. Experience the feeling of roaring engines, sitting in the hot Daytona sun, watching as drivers battle their way for pole position. This is the place to be when you visit Daytona!



The Daytona Beach Boardwalk is walking distance from the resort, there are shops, dining and attractions located there. You will need a vehicle to get to other area attractions.



Essential: Please ensure that your reservation is being booked in your name as it appears on your valid government issued ID before booking if your name is different then what is listed on Airbnb. Guests checking in must be 21+ - Much like a hotel, a valid government - issued photo ID is required along with a credit card for security deposit.



Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort`s front desk will need this information at check in) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. *Credit card fee`s are non- refundable

This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. This fully transferable timeshare unit - so the reservation is booked under the name of the main individual checking in. Check-in is much like the experience at a hotel.

Since the resort maintains all the units, unit decor may vary slightly from photos due to resort updates and/or changes.

Guests will be required to adhere to any COVID-19 rules/regulations set forth by the State.

The guest hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.

All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed. Upstairs units have a private balcony and downstairs units have private patios.

The Guest accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Guest or Guest’s visiting guests.

Resort amenities subject to availability at any time without notice at the discretion of the resort.

Additional nights extended onto a current reservation must be done with a two night minimum, and is subject to availability.
