THE PROPERTY:

Brand new furniture in a home that is 5 minutes to downtown Old Town and hundreds of five-star restaurants, shopping and entertainment options. Also within 10 minutes to dozens of world-class golf and local outdoor attractions. Private backyard area features unheated pool, BBQ grill, outdoor dining, lounge chairs and natural manicured grass. Backyard is surrounded by lush tall vegetation ensuring you will have your own undisturbed oasis. Included with your stay: washer and dryer, high speed internet, linens & towels, brand new smartTVs in the two larger bedrooms and more! New listing and all popular dates available!

Our home has brand new modern furnishings and decor hand picked with an eye to detail by the Host. Large open living room that blends nicely into an open dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is extremally spacious with separate fridge and freezers, allowing for extra room. There is a dedicated bar with a beverage fridge for even more room to make your favorite drink.

The house is technologically modern with wifi access throughout. The living room is equipped with a built in wifi/Bluetooth surround sound system and so is the outdoor patio. The master bedroom rain shower features an electronic temperature control, ensuring your perfect shower temperature every time. Nest thermostat with digital pods allow for the ideal temperature in every room.

The property is dog friendly and we welcome pets. Unfortunately, the property is not yet equipped with a pool heater. Typically, pool heat is required between the middle of October through April, when it gets cool at night.

Perfect Scottsdale Stay

This stay was everything we’d hoped it would be and more! The property manager was quick to respond and so helpful. The home was spacious and had everything you could want. We’d booked it as a spot to get ready before our wedding and when we arrived there was a gift and handwritten card! The whole experience helped us to have an incredible weekend and we were truly grateful! Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Old Town!

Great location and updates!

The neighborhood was fantastic! Pictures online looked exactly like the house. Very comfortable beds and everything we needed. It could have been a bit cleaner, we lost a remote to the tv and looked under the couch and there was debris, looked like dog food. A couple other things could have been a touch cleaner but we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. I would stay there again.

Awesome high-end home without the high price

I was very happy here. I was visiting a relative and wanted to be in a worry free area for a vacation. I live in a medium sized city with ongoing crime. This is a really good area and is only five minutes by car to Old Town and Fashion Square. There’s a grocery store and Walgreens you can walk to. Also a green park area you can walk to. I had permission to bring my dog. She was happy there. It feels like a home. Thanks to management for having this home available.

Broken Bed

The house was newly remodeled and looked nice and with Toto toilets but everything else was cheap. saggy matresses, pillows, etc. At Check in time, I had not yet received the check in information from the manager. I COULD NOT GET IN THE HOUSE I did not receive an email from the Mgr until 5:43pm I was able to reach the owner and he gave me the lock box number. Didn't want to at first. The pool was dirty and vacuum was full and clogged, all surfaces in house were very dusty. WHEN I SAT ON MY BED, THE BED COLLAPSED AND I PULLED MY BACK. The slats under the mattress were off and did not fit into the slots for them. They were too short. I slept on the couch. The owner thought I was making it up and I sent pictures. He told me to just stick the slats back in. The owner, Mike Moldoveanu said he would refund all of it if we vacated the property. The Mgr came over the next day after I sent him pictures of the broken slats and had to buy a new bed because of the broken bed. THE BED WAS BROKEN. We were given $200 credit. I believe it should have been more because of the hassle we had to get into the house and sleeping on the couch with a sore back. I was told by the Manager not to mess with Mike, because he is lawyer. Real nice. The Mgr came over next day and had to replace the whole bed. Needless to say, in all years I have rented from VRBO, I have never had a problem like this. It was not a great way to start our vacation.
