This home features 3 floors of living space (1600 sq feet), 3 bedrooms + 1 bonus bunk room | 2 baths. Could sleep 12 comfortably. Open concept in the main living area and a wrap around deck.

Property has a ring camera facing the front door and another camera facing the driveway.

Please note we are located in the mountains and it is common to see wildlife such as deer, raccoons & bears outside of the house.

Guests list & ID is required to be registered with Emerald Lakes Association 72 hours prior to arrival.

Use of the community amenities are an additional charge.
