Little House

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as listed and when I accidentally locked us out of the house, Hannah was quick to respond. The only negative I could say is there was not much water pressure in the bathroom.

Great Tiny Home for a weekend away!

We had a great time at Clover Casita! This tiny home as all the essentials for your stay. Perfect location to explore the neighboring towns. The community even had a small dog park for our furbaby to run around in the morning.

Perfect little getaway place

My husband and I stayed at this cute tiny home for a weekend getaway. The RV park where it is located is very nice and well maintained. The house was clean and perfect sized for us. The only issue we noticed was low water pressure. Overall had a great experience and would book this house again.

Wonderful place!

This place is perfect. I needed a place to work for a couple weeks. It was clean, quiet and cozy. The Texas theme inside is fun. The owner responded very quickly when I had a question. The park employees were great as well. If you are looking for a place to stay near Lockhart, I highly recommend this place.

Very quiet

Cute little place decor was very nice. My husband mostly stayed there by himself and it was fine for him during his short work stay. The couple of issues we had were taken care of. I myself couldn’t get warm in the place. He stayed 30 days I stayed 3 and left

Horrible Experience

Thoroughly read description prior to booking. Seems cute and cozy. I booked my stay. 2 days prior to arrival, I received a message to prepare me for my trip, including code for access to a key in a lockbox. Upon arrival I found the code did not work. I tried over and over again but had no luck. I also did not have cell reception (AT&T) so I had to put my things back in my car and drive back to the highway intersection to get reception. I was then able to check messages from the host. There were several messages. I scrolled through and found a message sent a couple hours earlier with a different code. No big deal. I returned and made entry. I unloaded my car, unpacked my things and prepared to shower. That’s when I learned I had no water! Without cell service I had to get dressed and get back in my car. I drive back to the intersection and pulled up the messages but this time I took screenshots of everything so I could review when I got back. After reviewing the messages, I learned the water was shut off (low temp is 46 tonight). I continue reading messages that were sent while I was already on my way, I learned that vaping is not allowed. The rules on the listing clearly state “no smoking”…no problem but I’m a heavy vape user so this is a problem for me but that isn’t the worst of it. No shoes? Unacceptable. I don’t walk without shoes anywhere… or even my own home. This is a deal-breaker. I left and host sees not reason to apologize or refund.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I understand there were some challenges with the entry code, water, and the house rules. The messages with updated information about the code and the water shut-off were sent prior to your arrival, but I understand the timing was not ideal due to your lack of cell service. Nonetheless, your individual code is never sent until early afternoon on the day of check-in to protect the privacy of our current and future guests. As for the no-shoes policy and the vaping rule, these are house guidelines that are outlined in the listing. This renter never entered the home if they arrived at all. -Hannah
