We stayed at this property while attending our son’s graduation from RIT. I loved the location and found it so nice to be right on the canal. The place was very clean and well appointed. Pittsford is a lovely town and a great choice if visiting the Rochester area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our family spent Christmas here, to be close by my daughter & grandkids. I had every thing I needed to cook Christmas dinner. Lots of plates, silverware, utensils, appliances, and my grandkids had a blast with the ping pong table in the converted garage.

Excellent place to stay near Rochester

The place was very nice and clean! We were in town for the PGA championship. Very conveniently located. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect Stay

The property was exactly what we needed for our family. The extra space and ping pong table were a hit with our kids and Tim made everything easy. The location was wonderful with multiple walks down the canal each day.

Exceeded expectations!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It is exactly as described and the owner was responsive and helpful. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and everything was very clean. Everything we needed was available and worked perfectly. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Although the VRBO site didn't work well, the owner was so easy to communicate with. He made our stay very accommodating and was so attentive. We loved the location - very walkable to the village. Would rent there again.

PGA Chamionship

Came for the weekend rounds at the PGA championship and had the most incredible time, many thanks to this property. The house was fantastic and in great condition exactly as advertised. The location was an easy walk to bars and restaurants. The house has many excellent amenities and was very comfortable for 5 adults. Would love to return to return in the future.

Great location and home

The location of this home is excellent - right in Pittsford village and close to numerous restaurants and shopping. Having grown up in Pittsford we were so happy to find a place in the village for our 6-night stay. The proximity to the canal path was key for us. We used the ping pong table every day and found the home very comfortable. The home is well-equipped and the manager was very responsive and made sure we were welcome with fresh flowers and numerous snacks and beverages. We would return for sure.

Family Visit - Christmas

We booked the property for our stay to visit family is Pittsford. Prior to this, we had always booked hotels but we were really hoping for more space in a cozy environment and this property definitely delivered! Not only was communicating with Tim incredibly easy, the refrigerator was stocked with drinks upon arrival and there were snacks available too! We truly appreciated that extra touch as we arrived very late at night. I had messaged with Tim prior to arriving if I could purchase a prelit Christmas tree to put up since we were there so close to Christmas. To our surprise, he had already got the perfect pre-lit tree which added a festive touch. The rooms were cozy and comfortable and bathrooms immaculate with cute, travel size toiletries for use. The garage/downstairs hangout area was popular with our kids and they spent a night down there playing table tennis and watching Christmas movies.We would 100% book this house again, and as we come to visit family a few times a year, I’m just hoping our future dates will be available! The house is SO close to town and while the weather prevented us from spending time outdoors, we look forward to exploring when we return in the summer.Thank you Tim!
