On the inside, we have a huge gaming room, featuring not only a custom-built bar but also a billiard table, foosball table, sunroom, and a huge dining area! This 4618sqft two-story home offers true Flagstaff living with unique features throughout that give it a truly rustic, cabin vibe yet still offering modern touches, too! The entire place has been set up with your comfort and relaxation in mind, which is reflected in carefully selected décor and loving finishes throughout the property. Following the flight of stairs leading up from the entrance, you will find yourself in our open-concept kitchen-living area. This huge living room comes with a set of two comfortable couches and two reading chairs. Sit back and relax or log in to your personal streaming services on our big flat-screen, smart TV! The perfect space for a quick chat, relaxing afternoon, or catching up on your favorite show!
For guests who are looking to get some work done during their stay, be it school work or otherwise,
From here you will also have access to our fully equipped kitchen with all the tools and amenities a home cook could ask for! Enjoy our gorgeous, marbled countertops and kitchen island, offering ample space for food prep or to grab a quick snack or breakfast. Please feel free to use our big refrigerator, multi-burner stove and oven, microwave, and coffee maker, just to name a few of the many amenities we provide you with!
Nothing beats enjoying a lovingly home-cooked meal in our spacious dining area! Our modern, solid wood table offers enough seating for the entire group! Don’t feel like cooking? Worry not, Flagstaff has a vast variety of great delivery services or restaurants with curb-side pickup, the choice is yours! From the dining area, you will have access to one of the many highlights setting this property apart from other rentals…Our one-of-a-kind gaming room! Enjoy a bar-style experience without having to even leave the house. Grab your favorite drink at our custom-built bar before challenging your friends and family to a billiard or foosball match! Do you prefer something a little more challenging? How about a match of table tennis? Sit back and enjoy watching others play, in one of our comfortable seating options! We have another big flat-screen smart TV, right behind the bar, which is also equipped with a soundbar for the optimal sound experience. Stream your favorite entertainment content directly from your personal device or use one of the many pre-installed apps to do so.
Leaving the dining area and heading towards the backyard you will access another one of our highlights. Our stylish sunroom with windows reaching from the floor all the way up to the ceiling, allowing you to have an outdoor experience without having to step outside at all! This is the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite book with a cup of coffee or tea or even a board game. It truly is a unique experience spending time in here, especially during cold autumn or winter days, when you can let your mind wander, watching the snowflakes fall from the comfort of our home!
The bedrooms are at the end of the hallway leading from our kitchen. The master bedroom, the biggest of the bedrooms comes with a comfortable king-sized bed, an attached master bathroom, and a huge walk-in closet.
The master bathroom comes with a spacious walk-in shower, separate toilet, and a beautiful big vanity featuring his and her sink.
The guest bedroom on this floor comes with another brand new and comfortable king-sized bed.
The second guest bedroom on this floor comes with a total of three beds. One queen-sized bed and a bunk bed with a twin-sized bed at the top as well as a full-sized bed at the bottom.
We also have our first guest bathroom located on this floor, conveniently situated central to the guest bedrooms. Enjoy more gorgeous, marbled surfaces and stylish finishes in this bathroom that comes with a shower/tub combination, toilet, and beautiful vanity.
The remaining living and sleeping spaces are located on the lower floor, accessible by taking a small flight of stairs by the entrance.
Here you will find another, even bigger living room than the living area we have on the top floor. Relax on another comfortable modern couch, with another big-screen smart TV and additional seating in our bean-bag chairs, which are a huge hit for younger guests! Ignite our gas-powered indoor fireplace with the flick of a switch and turn your movie night into an experience to remember!
The remaining two bedrooms are also located on this floor. The first guest bedroom comes with another three-bed setup. A queen bed and another bunk bed with a twin-sized bed up top and a full-sized one at the bottom. This bedroom also features a big walk-in closet.
The last guest bedroom comes with another gorgeous king-sized bed and closet.
This floor has its own guest bathroom with another spacious walk-in shower with a separate toilet and another beautiful vanity.
Our laundry room is located on this floor as well and comes equipped with a brand-new washer and a dryer that are available for guests’ use at no additional charge!
You can access our big two-car garage through the door at the end of the hallway. Guests will receive a remote control for our garage for maximum comfort and ease of access during their stay. We have a second, fully functional, refrigerator in here, offering you additional storage space for groceries and drinks!
Let us visit another of our many highlights, setting this property apart from other short-term rentals…our backyard. The backyard can be accessed through the sunroom on the main floor, the gaming room, and the garage. There are countless ways to enjoy this one-of-a-kind space!

Especially after a long day of adventures, either on the mountain skiing or exploring the beautiful sight-seeing destinations Flagstaff is known for, will this be the perfect way to end your day. Let our hot tub with multiple adjustable jets, two pumps, waterfall feature, and light features treat you like royalty!
Enjoy a BBQ on our huge BBQ grill with multiple burners, side burner, and optional side shelves, for additional workspace! We provide you with every tool you need, all you have to do, is decide what to grill. Our huge outdoor dining setup offers ample space for the entire group around our modern table in a picturesque setting.
Allow yourself a well-earned rest and relax in one of our reclining outdoor lounging chairs. Grab your favorite drink and sunbathe.
We also have another outdoor seating area around our gas-powered firepit. This area becomes truly magical in the evening, with the crackling of fire, adding a unique flair to this enchanting place. Stargaze and visit with your friends and family right from our backyard!
Our backyard is fully fenced in, providing you with additional peace of mind when letting younger members or your pets play outdoors. We even offer equipment for outdoor activities such as cornhole toss and more!

On the day of arrival, we will send you information on how to unlock the electronic lock. Just enter the 4 digit code using the keypad located at the front door, wait a few seconds for the mechanism to unlock, and step in.

You will have access to the entire house.

Please no smoking inside our home, we charge a fee of 500$ for any signs of not following these rules.
We also ask you to make sure that the gas has been shut off for our outdoor BBQ.

The hot tub use is free of charge, so please feel free to soak and relax!
However, we do ask of you to follow the instructions on hot tub use and care that we provide with check-in instructions. Please treat our hot tub with respect and try to leave it in good condition, so that the next guest may enjoy it, too.
If the failure to follow our instructions results in a hot tub, which is not in usable condition, as for example due to:
- Low water level
- Greenish or otherwise “unusual” watercolor
- Or similar issues
We will charge a 200$ fee in order to cover the additional service expenses needed to restore the hot tub to its functional condition.

This property is pet friendly, we allow up to 2 dogs per stay at an additional one-time fee of 100$/dog. Please communicate with us during your booking process or stay how many pets, if any, you are bringing and we will update your booking accordingly.

*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.*

*If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation*
-No Parties: We have a strict `No-party policy`. Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-Please shower before using the hot tub. There will be a $100 fine if hot tub is found dirty.
-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
