Condo has 2 new queen size beds, memory foam mattress, new LED Tv, new furniture, new kuerig coffee maker, coffee, hot chocolate supplied, microwave, plates, silverware, cups, bowls, glasses, all linens supplied, new refrigerator. There is free wifi thru the resort, just log onto the resort wifi, no password needed. Starbucks 1 block away, pizza and subs restaurant across the street, River city burgers and beer 1 block away. This is a NON-smoking room, any violation of this policy will result in a 250 cleaning fee. Non smoking includes the balcony area also. No pets allowed.
