Midcentury luxury apartment located at the MIMO Historic District. Enjoy the great ambience and location that MIMO can offer. Our boutique style apartment will provide a espectacular space for four with complimentary breakfast on your first morning.

Be in the heart of Miami’s Historic Biscayne Blvd where Mid Century Design meets the Iconic Tropical Charm Miami is known for. MiMo is conveniently located a short 15 minute ride to all the popular districts in the Miami Metro Area.
Our Apartment offers a comfortable luxurious private space complete with kitchen, small dining area, private bathroom, TV and free WiFi.
Breakfast is on us on your first day. Stay with us and we’ll take care of your breakfast at LASOCIAL. One less thing you’ll have to worry about during your stay.

Truly lovely

The property was exactly as described very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The host was also very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We Also loved La Social cafe it was so good!

Absolute disaster

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 king beds and a kitchenette. When we arrived at 3pm check in we were told that the apartment that I paid for was not available and the host proceeded to split our group of 4 into two separate rooms in two completely different buildings. Not only did the accommodations fail to meet the standards, but I booked this property specifically for the shared space and king beds and we ended up with separate buildings and queen beds. With no warning or apology we were expected to accept the sub par accommodations. Extremely unhappy.

My first & last time using Vrbo!

The area is not luxurious as described. It definitely used to be a ghetto which they are now rebuilding. The apartment is quaint and clean. However, there are a few items missing from the room that were shown in the pictures. The is no air circulation and you always have to have the A/C on. There is a water stain in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms and it's peeling. I was afraid it would fall down on us while sleeping but thank God it didnt. They told us there was complimentary water, but it was an opened bottle someone had refilled and put in the fridge. I'd think for what we paid we could at least get an unopened bottle. The duvet covers on both beds were damp. The couple we traveled with brought extra blankets so this didn't bother them. But for my wife and I, it made for a horrible first night. I messaged Ivan about it he stated he had already left the property and would have someone come in the morning. This was poor hosting/ service in my eyes. My wife and I couldn't sleep well because we had no blankets and the A/C had to stay on, so it was cold. We were also told we couldn't smoke in the courtyard area, so we had to stand on the side of the street. The cobblestone pathway leading to the apartment is cracked and broken and I nearly fell a few times so be careful. The courtyard was also dirty and needed a good sweeping and debris removal. When we asked to take the complimentary breakfast upstairs, they said no. Which is their right, but the fact that it's offered, I should be allowed to eat it wherever I want. I also had to take out the trash before leaving. Wasn't that part of the fees? Overall, not a horrible place but I felt I didn't get what I paid for. I personally feel for this type of money your better off going to a hotel.
