Set in a serene green space with a creek flowing behind the building, yet just steps from the free Town of Vail bus, you’ll have the best of both worlds. In the warm months, explore the area’s countless hiking and mountain biking trails, including the North Trail Trailhead, right up the road. In the winter, hop on the free bus and head to Vail Village. Lionshead Village is a short 15-minute walk across the pedestrian bridge.

At the condo itself, you’ll find two levels of living space, with contemporary furnishings, vaulted ceilings, and abundant natural light. An east-facing deck is perfect for morning coffee with the sunrise. The chef will love the sleek, well-equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, and there’s room for everyone at mealtime around the window-front table.

At home, make some hot cocoa and snuggle up in front of the gas fireplace while you stream the latest release or use the free WiFi. Tuck the kids into the bunks in the loft and drift off to sleep in either well-appointed bedroom - but not before one last toast to finding the perfect Vail escape.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
