The Living room is equipped with a Smart TV (Netflix Included) & limited Cable TV, an independent AC unit, and a recliner leather sofa. Balcony with ocean views, and a view to El San Juan Hotel! Free high-speed Wi-Fi for working, and all the beach essentials necessary for a great beach day!
The fully equipped kitchen, with all the utensils and necessities for cooking: stovetop, oven, microwave, and toaster, full-size refrigerator & complimentary water bottles & condiments in the fridge.
The Dining Room has a dining table that fits 2 people.
The Bedroom has a king-size bed and additional Smart ROKU TV (Netflix included). A/C in the bedroom & ceiling fan. The bedroom has a full ocean view & black-out curtains for the functional windows.
The bathroom has a rainfall showerhead, a full-body shower, and a handheld showerhead! Comes with a hairdryer and basic toiletries, an iron & board.
The Condominium also includes a pool on the lobby floor, located in the back, the pool has a BBQ area, a children's playground, and a tennis court.
The lobby includes a 24-hour security guard. 1 assigned parking spot inside the building is also included with no extra charge. Linens, beach, and bath towels included.

The neighborhood is known as Isla Verde, located just 5 minutes away from the airport and a 15-minute drive to Old San Juan. Isla Verde is known for its gorgeous green-flagged beach (which means it's the cleanest) which is just a couple of steps away. Isla Verde has some of Puerto Rico's best restaurants, ranging from high-end eateries to more local restaurants. There is a huge range of hotels nearby, the world-famous Club Brava known for its parties and the many bars/clubs and nightlife just walking distance. Piñones and its local lifestyle and the gorgeous beach are a short 7-8 minute drive away too.
