This sunlit vacation rental boasts an open great room with a full, island kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large dining table for mealtimes or game nights, and an inviting living area that opens out to a furnished and screened lanai overlooking Anna Maria Sound.

On-site take advantage of a wide variety of resort-style amenities including multiple pools, a hot tub, a picnic area, a beach club, a sky bar, and walking paths. Use of the Margaritaville amenities, including the hot tub, is restricted to 30-day guests only.
While there is owner-supplied Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+, additional streaming services require guest accounts to access.
This vacation rental requires completing an application with sensitive information to be submitted directly to the HOA within three days of booking for stays greater than 29 days.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). It is a beautiful condo. We loved the Lani. Took us till day 3 to find fob to pool and enter and exit property. No one could tell us the location of the fob. It was in a hall drawer in foyer. You can not bike the full property or use hot tub, gym or beach if you are renting less than 30 days. The freezer did not work and there were no cookie sheets. Correction of these things would make the condo very desirable. We loved the view. Will stay again.

The condo was beautiful. We enjoyed the balcony looking out on the bay. We had a hard time getting into the condo. The directions need to be better. Also when I made the reservation it seemed like we would be able to use the gym, large swimming pool and hot tub. Not until close to our visit did they state that we could not use the hot tub. But no mention that we could not use the gym, large pool and river walk. Very disappointing. Also there were no directions for the TV. Would have liked a book available with restaurants in the area.

Wrong on so many levels

No TV or internet for the first five days. Management did not respond until Day 3 (after four calls, three emails, and two voice messages) and then they expected me to contact Spectrum (which I did because I felt it was the only way to get anything done). Resolution required on on-site visit from Spectrum. No access card for pool or pedestrian gates for first three days, and then only one was provided. Inoperable ice maker and non-freezing freezer. Management sent someone unannounced on Day 3, but the problem was not resolved during the 8-day stay. Overwhelming rotten egg (sulfur) smell from hot water for the first few days (until enough water was run through the system). Noisy outside--beeping from forklift in boat rack storage area, barking dogs, and voices carrying from adjacent lanais. Flickering lights and buzzing sound when an outside electrical device was trying to start (failing rooftop a/c unit?). Enough bath towels for us, but not enough if the unit was at full occupancy. Property management asked us to start a load of laundry (towels and sheets) upon departure, but there was no laundry soap. Broken AppleTV remote. Some advertised amenities were not included for stays under 30 days. This became apparent only after booking. On the plus side, the view of Perico Sound, the lanai, the spaciousness, the beds, and the parking were all great. Some of the issues were related to the owner's lack of readiness for renters, but much of it was the very poor response from Vacasa and the property management company. Even so, I will not stay here again.
