A beautiful, bright and spacious apartment on 7th floor in an apartment building. Located in a family friendly street /neighbourhood in the capital city area. We have 3 bedrooms, master bedroom has Queen size bed ( 160x200 cm ), second bedroom has bunk bed that has double bed below and single bed in the upper floor. The third bedroom has single bed. We have big open space with kitchen and living room, our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need, the living area is quite big with sofa and TV, large dining table with 6 chairs.
We have big balcony with BBQ grill and you can enjoy the view and catch the northern lights if you are lucky. Also superb location to watch the fireworks if you stay over the New Years.

The apartment is very well located, restaurants and Smáralind Shopping Mall is in walking distance and Reykjavik downtown is just a 13 min / 8km drive away. There is a children playground in the area.

It's a very nice apartment in a nice neighbourhood.

We have a baby crib and high hair available to use for your children.
