EXTENDED DESCRIPTION:

NOTE: We have many homes in PGA Signature either connecting, or within a few doors of this specific address. Opportunity to rent multiple homes right next to each other is available. Please inquire for larger groups!

BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

The main Suite has a king sized bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, chair, bench and a 48" smart TV. There is a sliding door that accesses the outdoor patio. The ensuite bathroom has dual sinks and a separate walk in shower. There is shelving in the closet for your convenience and a shoe rack.

Bedroom #2 has a king size bed and 2 nightstands. There is a 55" Smart TV and a console table with shelves. There is also a shelving rack in the closet for your convenience.

Bedroom #3 has 2 full size beds and a nightstand. There is a 56" TV and a console table with shelves. There is also a shelving rack in the closet for your convenience.

LIVING ROOM
Large comfortable sofa with a 77" Smart TV. Enjoy movie night or watching a game! There are 2 twin air mattresses available upon request. Stackable glass doors open up to an unobstructed view of the mountains and palm trees, a desert paradise!

KITCHEN:
Enjoy a modern gourmet kitchen with upgraded quarts countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. Stainless steel appliances, a 5 burner gas range with oven, microwave and dishwasher. We provide a Keurig with a starter supply of coffee, basic dining, cooking and serving utensils includes cups, plates, glasses, bowls, silverware, drinking and wine glasses, champagne glasses, scotch glasses, wine/beer opener, measuring spoons, can opener, sauce pans, frying pans, serving platters, serving bowls and more. We provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. We do not provide cooking sprays, oil, foil or cling wrap, etc or other cooking essentials

LIVING:
Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. We have a very comfortable sofa, plenty of seating and a large 75"' Smart TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE:
Comfortable seating area under the outdoor patio, also a dining table to seat 6 and an outdoor TV. Additionally there is another seating area around the fire pit and 2 chaise lounge lounges! Plenty of seating for all of your relaxing needs! There is a Mont Alpi BBQ, a putting green to perfect your golf game and there is a corn hole set too. Enjoy the pool and spa with a Baja shelf with 2 pool lounges. Outdoor area is very spacious and the views are spectacular.

COMMUNITY GYM
There is a community gym that is about a 2 minute walk. There are treadmills, elliptical and free weights. There is also a community pool with bbq facilities also.

INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with SMART TV'S and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, Keurig (ground beans), toaster and blender.

HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets. We provide medium sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home.

COMMUNITY ACCESS:

You will have access to the community pool as well. Outdoor living/BBQ area, Fitness center, Bocce ball and shuffleboard. (Key FOBs are in the home)

LOCATION:
Less than 4 miles from the Empire Polo Grounds; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is close with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 15 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

GUEST ACCESS-
Guests have access to the entire estate. The villa is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Yes, during the winter our pools are kept around 87 degrees and the hot tub is pre set to 101 degrees.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn't permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

Spring Break Getaway
For our first trip to the Palm Springs area this was an excellent family vacation property. House was wonderfully equipped and all instructions were clearly communicated in advance with no issues whatsoever. The pool and spa were amazing with fantastic mountain views, and the proximity to PGA west courses and facilities was fantastic for my son and I. House was incredibly clean and comfortable for our family of 5 (3 teens). The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet which we appreciated.

Fabulous Property
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Description and photos are accurate. Every amenity that you could need; pool, hot tub, mini golf, kitchen appliances (big & small), washer/dryer, hair dryers, etc. The backyard is fantastic .. we spent our afternoons there almost every day. Our host, Michael, was fabulous. He's professional and responsive. Highly recommend this property!
