Out the back door (technically the formal front door) you will see both a seating and dining area along with a natural gas BBQ grill. This area is enclosed and has a pedestrian gate that allows easy access to make your way to the community pool & hot tub; which by the way is directly across the street and a short 2-minute walk from the home.

-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
