You're surrounded by world-class golf, scenic mountain views, and just a short drive to Old Town La Quinta, dining, shopping, and hiking trails. The community pool and hot tub are directly across the street—close enough to be effortless, but far enough to keep your space quiet and private.
Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat. This is NOT included in the amount being paid at the time of booking. It will be requested prior to your arrival.
Additional Policies & Rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and neighbors, the following policies apply:
• Low outdoor music is allowed at levels that will not disturb the neighbors.
• 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-7am
• No smoking inside home
• Renter must be 21+ years of age
• Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
• Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
