In der malerischen Baja-Stadt Loreto erwartet Sie dieses neuere Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern nur wenige Schritte vom Strand und dem herrlichen Meer von Cortez entfernt. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Klimaanlage, zwei schöne Terrassenbereiche, einer auf dem Dach mit herrlichem Panoramablick auf das Meer, Palmen und die Berge von La Giganta. Der Kalkstein und die mexikanische Fliese sind mit der besten mexikanischen Verarbeitung versehen und machen das Zuhause warm und einladend.

Das Haus ist mit komfortablen Möbeln eingerichtet und die Küche verfügt über Edelstahlgeräte und sogar einen Geschirrspüler. Es ist auch sehr gut mit allen Geschirr, Töpfen, Pfannen und Utensilien ausgestattet. Ein Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock hat ein Cal-King-Size-Bett (6 'breit und 7' lang) und das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss hat ein Queen-Size-Bett. Das 3. Schlafzimmer befindet sich im 3. Stock und verfügt über ein brandneues Queensize-Bett.
Ein Badezimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist von beiden Schlafzimmern mit separaten Türen zugänglich. Es verfügt über 2 Waschbecken und eine geräumige Dusche. Das zweite Badezimmer mit Waschbecken, Dusche und Toilette befindet sich im dritten Stock. Es ist das Ensuite für das Schlafzimmer im 3. Stock.

Das Haus wurde 2010 fertig gebaut und mit einer neuen Technologie aus Schaumstoffblock isoliert, die es schallisoliert, im Winter wärmer und im Sommer kühler macht. Das Grundstück ist mit großen Toren eingezäunt, so dass Sie Ihr Fahrzeug oder Boot sicher parken können.

Die Lage von Casa de Perla ist wirklich einer der größten Vorteile dieses Hauses. Das Haus befindet sich am nördlichen Ende der Stadt, einem ruhigen Vorort am Meer voller gehobener Häuser. Das direkt am Meer gelegene Malecon befindet sich jedoch nur 2 Häuserblocks entfernt und führt zu einigen der besten Restaurants der Stadt. Wenn Sie unsere asphaltierte Straße entlang gehen, gelangen Sie nach nur acht Häuserblocks zum Herzen des Stadtplatzes, wo sich weitere Restaurants, Taco-Stände und die Bank befinden , Eisdielen, Salons und Geschäfte voller mexikanischer Souvenirs.

We had a very pleasant stay. The a/c was a life saver and worked well. The gated yard was wonderful and we were able to park 2 cars and a trailer and there was still room to enjoy the beautiful garden. It was close enough to walk to the plaza, beach and fishing wharf.

While the layout of Casa de Perla wasn't exactly what we expected (not their fault), it worked just fine. We stayed in one of the two ground floor bedrooms with attached bathroom and it was very comfortable with everything we needed right there. Up 16 steps to the main floor with a very well equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with a 55" Roku tv. That floor also had a very nice outdoor space with an immaculate gas grill and two very comfortable lounges. Off the living room there were another 16 steps up to the third bedroom with bathroom that had a great view. Everything we could think of they had: beach towels, 2 beach chairs etc. The wifi worked great. Communication with the owners was excellent and Claudia, the property manager, was spot on. We very much enjoyed our stay here and we hope to be back next year.

The host was very accommodating, location was terrific. Everything was in walking distance as we like to walk8/10 kilometres a day. Definitely well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, the 2 decks were awesome with the best sunrises ! We never missed one in our 18 day stay. The sunsets were fantastic too. Loreto and La Perla exceeded our expectations for a wonderful vacation.

Great Stay

We had a nice stay. The home was well equipped with everything we needed. There is a nice beach across the street and the walk to the marina is short. The home was clean and comfortable. The patio off the kitchen was a nice place to enjoy dinner if dining in, and the top floor balcony was a great place to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee.

Tranquility and beauty

We loved Casa de Perla! Jan was great with communication, and Claudia was responsive to our questions. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and has great views of the Sea of Cortez. We loved exploring downtown Loreto and the Malecón. We look forward to returning someday!

Lovely place

Casa de Perla is a very roomy and pretty house with an excellent view especially from the upstairs bed. We loved having a coffee while watching the sunrise from it . The place has everything you need, lots of decent dishes and comfortable beds. Construction noise from next door and across on Davis but it's everywhere in Loreto.

We shared Casa de Perla with another couple and it worked out perfect. Our friends had the top level and we had the bottom bedroom. The communal area was in between. (kitchen and living room). The house was secure and comfortable with all the basic needs. The location was great on the north end of Loreto, just a short walk to the beach and town. Our hosts were gracious and generous.

Comfortable living quarters.

We would like to have had a map of Loreto, showing restaurants, plus phone numbers for taxis. The washer and dryer were hidden in back of the house, not easy to find. We walked everywhere, not worried about safety, but it was about a 20 minute walk to town center.

Would/Will absolutely stay here again

My husband and I loved Casa la Perla. It was clean, safe, and quiet. It was a block from the beach which was really great for walking the dog, and for meeting new dog and people friends. The house had great views from the second floor deck and 3rd floor terrace. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals, including a coffee grinder (very important!) We loved the secure yard where we could let the dog out in the morning. Communication with host was good. It is close enough that you can walk to the malecon and plaza in 5-10 minutes. We will definitely stay here again!

Total relaxation

This tower of a home is unusual and yet very comfortable. Jan in Canada and Claudia locally were great to deal with. The views are spectacular - from the Gigantes Mts to Carmen Island. Lots of stairs but they have excellent handrails and lighting. The 15 minute walk to the Historic Plaza and restaurants helped us stay fit and digest all the excellent food. Loreto is such a friendly, safe town. This was our third visit. Each time we stayed for two weeks or more. Hopefully we'll be able to come visit again!

3 weeks at Casa del Perla

Spent three weeks in December in this lovely, well cared for home. The online description is completely accurate. Kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, plus all the dishes and utensils you would ever need. The deck off the kitchen/living room also has a gas grill and an outdoor patio table with 4 chairs. The only change from the photos is the two loungers have been replaced with Adirondack chairs. We had a few days where it was too windy or cool to spend time on the beach but the deck was a wonderful sunny spot to relax and enjoy! English speaking TV is available with Netflix and You Tube and was a treat on those cool and rainy days. The town square and the main grocery stores are about a 15 minute walk away and the beach cut through is less than two blocks. Laundry facilities were on the ground floor, in good working order and much appreciated during our stay. Jan was a great host and very responsive to any questions. Her property manager Claudia was even more attentive and handled all our inquires and requests dealt with in a timely manner. We would highly recommend this home in Loreto, whether you’re planning to stay for a few days or few months! Great value for the money! Others have mentioned the large population of dogs and we agree with their comments, but other than having to watch where you are walking at times, they were just another part of the experience.

Has potential in a good neighborhood. Needs updating and cleaning

As we entered the town of Loreto we had the owner text us that the fridge was not cooling. They had a part on order. And they said they lent us a cooler ( this rental was 6 weeks for us. When we got there we found out they had known for over a week and we still had a week to go for the part. After we contacted VRBO they did replace the fridge and stove, also not working ( which we appreciated but we had to push very hard. The BBQ is also not working well. The place a a great location but not well cleaned. I had to get drain cleaner for the shower. It smelled of sewage. The furniture is old. The kitchen is very well stocked. Plenty of linens and short on blankets. Yard is not secure for a smaller dog as there is a huge gap. We have traveled a lot in Mexico and have done long stays. this house felt like hard work. Probably fine for a week but I would push for a good clean. The host is very polite and I am sure very nice. Claudia, the local person, is responsive but does not reach out ( expected by me) with all the challenges. We left early for personal reasons but the stay had a lot do with it. I would not recommend until they invest some time and effort. It has good bones. The neighborhood is safe and the town accessible with a mile walk, There are a few great little restaurants around. The beach is right by. Noise is low for a Mexico City. The upstairs view is fantastic but the windows are not air tight and rattle in the wind. Deck below is a great place.

2 week vacation - 4 days in Loreto

Rental was easy. Location is a bit confusing due to street sign issues, especially to local taxi and tour operators. There are a few minor house issues we PM'd to the owners. We located some Ex pats that provided excellent supporr with transportation, including a 4 seat golf cart :) We also located a private chef who cane to the house one evening and prepared a 4 course meal, complete with cleanup!

Amazing Solo stay!

Casa La Perla is an amazing casa! The casa is very accommodating. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. There is a bbq for grilling. Appliances are very nice. Comfortable furniture and the king bed is quite comfortable. User friendly tv and WiFi is good. Amazing decks with view of the sunrise, sunsets, moonrise, full moon set and the beautiful Sea of Cortez. Convenient to walk to the beach, malecon, restaurants, stores and shopping. Some may prefer to rent a car. It is a gated yard that is full of local trees and plants. The only concern for me was that the drive through gate is huge and was very hard to slide open and shut. If you have two people in your party it would be easier. But I felt very safe even when leaving the gate open. I would recommend Casa La Perla to anyone wanting to experience a very nice Mexican casa!

Super Location and Amazing Views

Casa Perla is located very close to Playa Negrita and the Malecón. The house has abundant patios for soaking up the sunsets. It’s also very well equipped. Jan has thought of everything and all appliances and amenities are in excellent condition. The local manager, Claudia, is available at a moment’s notice and makes sure everything is perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better stay!

Secure, clean and beautiful

We stayed for a week with our dog in the middle of a 5 week road-trip. The lot was gated with plenty of space for our truck and very secure. Easy walk to the beach, malecon and town square. Comfortable rooms with A/C, nice kitchen with fresh water and great balconies to relax on. We had a great stay!

Currently we live in a small town in British Columbia, Canada called Christina Lake. We used to own a Vacation Rental business, so we know what it takes to provide a comfortable well equipped vacation property. In 2008, our first grandchild, Pearl was born, now 9 years old she is one of the biggest joys in our lives! Well before she was born we were already envisioning family vacations away to Mexico and looking forward to watching her grow up routinely visiting the amazing town of Loreto. She will probably speak more fluent Spanish than us!

We discovered Loreto in 2006, while vacationing with friends. We loved the authentic Mexican feel and friendly inviting local warmth. We enjoy walking down town almost unable to carry on a conversation for having to return Hola and Buenas Diaz from the locals we passed by. Not only is the town delightful and charming, but the surrounding areas offered us amazing activities and places to explore as well. We were forever changed by the marvelous hiking, gorgeous white sand beaches, remarkable missions, and stunning desert and mountains. Since our first trip there we have kayaked to national geographic worthy beaches, experienced the excitement of deep sea fishing & scuba diving, and toured to incredible uninhabited islands. The flavor of the town drew us in with its’ quaint shops, great restaurants with reasonable prices, and walking around the little town into in the evening, and seeing firsthand the Mexican culture and celebrations. Back in Canada, we live in one of the most beautiful areas of the world, but we absolutely fell in love with vacationing in Loreto.

After staying in many different locations while building, we especially appreciate how comfortable and well equipped Casa de Perla is with comfy beds and good quality cotton linens. The fridge is fed with purified water which is a real bonus. Every trip to Loreto we discover more. Last trip we found a great grocery store only a couple of minutes walk away and 'Zumba' classes that are only 5 minutes away. We walk to town or the Malecon a few times every day and always seem to pass by the ice cream store. The locals remember us from visit to visit and always give a warm welcome which is so special.
