The lodge has a laundry room with lake side pool, landside fishing, and short term dock for your boat or jet ski (see rules). Drink your morning coffee on the balcony with view of the pool, lake and marina. Listen to the fish jump and watch the ducks play. Distant sounds of wind chimes along with the night time views of the moon, stars and surrounding lake lights from the balcony truly defines the setting of Tranquility!
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS. There are two spacious bedrooms in this unit. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with pillow top mattress. Dresser draws space with smart TV. Plenty of closest space equipped with iron and ironing board. Master bathroom in hallway that includes a large walk-in shower, granite countertop with sink equipped with everything you need for your stay. Spiral staircase leading to the spacious loft that overlooks the living area with views of the lake. The loft has a queen and full twin bed with1/2 bath, closet space, dresser, and a Smart TV. Just bring your personal items and enjoy.
GENERAL: Free WIFI, linens & towels, central A/C & heating, keyless entry, and key lock box with key to access laundry and pool.
KITCHEN. This condo boasts a state-of-the-art kitchen including glass top range, refrigerator with freezer, ice maker and filtered water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, granite counter tops with stainless steel double sink equipped with reverse osmosis water system. The kitchen is supplied with all essentials needed like an Air fryer, full size coffee maker, Keurig, and much more. The open concept living and kitchen area provide ample seating for all.
LIVING AREA. Mirrored walls with lake view reflection, leather sofa and chair, recliner, dining table for 4, 55-inch Roku smart TV, sliding glass doors and balcony overlooking the pool, lake, and marina.
GUEST ACCESS. Guests will have key card for full use of outdoor amenities as well. The Walden Community has waterfront dining at the Yacht Club with community pool and Breakwater Grill, a fitness center, a tennis/racquet club, golf course (green fees apply), two boat ramps with parking (registration required in advance), marina and bait shop, dog park, playground, church, fire department and sheriff's station.

The Walden Yacht Club with Pool provides fine daily Lakefront Dining featuring a great breakfast/lunch buffet on Sundays. Live entertainment is provided Thursday - Saturday and dress is casual business attire!
Breakwater Grill is a sports bar setting with outdoor dining and lake views

Café on the Green, dress is casual. Live entertainment on Friday and Saturday!
Margaritaville is close by with many types of Eat and Drink facilities
There are more local restaurants, shopping, and Marinas 5 to 10 min Drive from the Condo
Historic Montgomery (birthplace of the Texas Flag) is close by with antique shops, wineries, and great restaurants. Also, The Texas Renaissance Festival in Plantersville starting October 11th through November 30th.
Boat Ramps
Two boat ramps are available for the exclusive use of Walden property owners and guest. Stickers are required for boat ramp parking to avoid towing. Each sticker must be requested in advance of one's stay, for a specific date range and the guest must write these dates on the sticker to avoid towing. ** Please contact Owner before bringing a boat. Condo has private boat slips, but you CANNOT park boat/trailer at condo. Other arrangements must be made for boat launching and trailer storage. **

The Walden Fitness Center is always open to all Walden property owners and guest ( use of key card)
Flag Plaza
Built in 1997 to commemorate Walden's 25th anniversary, the Walden Flag Plaza is both a special and spectacular site. Located at the Yacht Club's Breakwater Peninsula, the plaza displays giant flags representing the United States, Texas, and Walden. Engraved stones, purchased by former and current Walden residents, form the base of the flag plaza. The stones, and the messages they contain, serve as a scrapbook -- memorializing Walden's past and honoring its future. Needless to say, the view of Lake Conroe is spectacular. Hike-And-Bike Trail
A paved "hike-and-bike" trail runs along Walden Road, Emerson, and Melville. For your safety, we urge all pedestrians and cyclists to use the path instead of Walden Road.
Melville Park
Young ones needing to release some energy will enjoy Melville Park. This is a beautiful new park located on Melville Drive across from the Walden Marina fully equipped with slides, swings, "Mom & Me" swings, and fencing.
Walden Yacht Club
The Walden Yacht Club is the hub of Walden social activity. The 17,000 square-foot building contains the spectacular Commodore Dining Room, as well as superb service staff and full-time banquet coordinators. The Yacht Club boasts an award-winning executive chef, and smaller rooms for meetings and private parties. Providing full service, the Yacht Club also offers in-home catering and take-out service.
Walden on Lake Conroe Golf Club is a premier private golf club, open for memberships to residents and non-residents.
The Club restaurant, "Walden Café on the Green", welcomes all with its friendly and professional staff. The Café hosts a wide range of popular events including martini nights, regularly scheduled wine dinners, monthly themed buffets, gourmet dinners, and even a weekly "wine & dine" menu with affordable food and drink combination specials.

Swimming Pools
Use of Condo Pool by Key Access and also walking distance to the Yacht Club Swimming Pool, overlooking Lake Conroe. There is a junior Olympic-size pool, as well as two kiddie pools, all with certified lifeguards. The pool opens all year round from 10 AM - 8 PM daily, except on Mondays. The Pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning and chemical treatment. Lifeguards are only on duty during the summer -- from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day Weekend. During the summer, one can eat & drink poolside, thanks to the Breakwater Grille. No carry-in drinks or coolers are permitted and proper swimming attire is required.
CONDO RULES
**Please go over these property rules carefully. ! These rules exist to allow for the most enjoyable time for all current and future guests, to ensure an undue burden is not placed on my housekeeping team, and to protect the home. Violating rules may result in additional charges or even eviction without refund.
• The use of this home is for family-friendly vacations only. No parties nor events are permitted. Violation will result in eviction without refund.
• The minimum age of the primary guest must be 25 years old
• If the home is left excessively dirty, in disarray, or furniture or décor are rearranged an additional cleaning fee may be assessed
• If the Parking Permit Tag or the magnetic Access Card are lost, a Replacement Fee of $50 may be assessed for each item lost
• The condominium community is home to many permanent residents who appreciate peace and quiet. If you are too loud, it is likely someone will call the police or the HOA with a noise complaint. If the HOA charges the owner any violation fee, that fee will be charged back to the guest.
No parties/events, loud music, or disruptive behavior inside condo, balcony or by the pool area.
- No glass by the pools.
- No smoking in the condo or common areas. There is no smoking allowed inside the home. Smoking in the house will result in eviction without refund. Additionally, the cost of smoke remediation will be charged back to Guest. If you wish to smoke, do so outside and please keep all cigarette butts picked up and put in a trash bag.
- No pets allowed (sorry!).
- No trailers of any kind in the parking area.
- No hanging of towels or clothing on the balcony railings.
