Upgraded mattresses for each of your King and Queen size beds and eucalyptus sheets for comfort. Great little place

Great condo was clean and perfect for what my daughter and I needed. I felt safe with just her and I. We also had the opportunity to stay for 4th of July and it was great! We were close to the fireworks.

Great spot-just 1 thing

Great spot! Would definitely return and we hope to do so. I would just say for any Anglers, you will have to park your boat off site which isnt ideal.

Nice little spot for a getaway.

The condo is very clean and well-kept. It has everything you could possibly need - good kitchen appliances, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and a good common area. It is definitely worth staying if you are considering.

Very Accommodating

The condo was perfect, and very clean! I couldn't ask for better support from the property manager. Our scheduled stay fluctuated a few times due to weather and they were very accommodating and patient with us. I would definitely recommend and stay again in the future!

This property was immaculate!! Exactly as described. In online listing. There is a nice park across the street that someone with littles would absolutely love. Communication with host was great!! I look forward to staying again!!

Perfect Location

We arrived middle of the night and were met with a broken Trundle set from the previous tenants but reached out to the owners and they fixed it so our kids each had a bed the next night. Bryan is super nice and fit right in with our banter. Being 6’1” the showers were very low for myself just a side note for tall people lol. The location is perfect if you have kids since there’s a park right there it’s right by the water and around great places to eat. We would stay here again. The description does say 3 bedroom but the trundle is the living room couch as my kids would say it is a room so …. There ya go. We truly enjoyed ourselves and can’t wait to go back!

Nice getaway

We liked staying here. Water was turned off due to a leak in the area which was beyond owner's control. However still offered to pay for a dinner out for the inconvenience. Very nice of them to do that and wasn't necessary but very much appreciated. Kids loved the small pool in the condos and it's close proximity to Lake Conroe.

Absolutely Gorgeous Property

The apartment is exactly as you see on the pictures. The beds here will make you never want to get up! The apartment was so beautiful, clean, comfortable and hospitable. Everything was accommodated for land present here. So you have no need to bring extra kitchen accessories you would be packing extra for no reason. The owner is quick to respond back and extremely nice as well. If you have extra time make sure to ask her about her dad and take a boat trip, you won’t be disappointed!!!! Enjoy the stay as we did!!!!

Owner is unresponsive and this property is not as described- 2 bed room not 3 , the list goes on

We didn’t stay, took pictures and send the VBRO They agreed I’ve never left a review- this place is not as represented no working smoke detector, no fire extinguisher, no co2 detector, no first aid kit, no pillow cases ( only shams/and throw pillows) molded kitchen sponge , very few towels Not able to reach the host nor was VBRO able to reach him . This has been a disaster and now looks as if it will end up being turned over to an attorney as there is zero help or concern from either the host or VBRO staff We got stuck with no plan B as promised

First I would like the day the owner was very kind and responsive to our concerns. The positives: Very close to the lake and the public pool was lovely. It’s a very quiet area and the parking is great. The pool at the condo itself wasn’t very clean (but that isn’t something the owner could do anything about) There is a playground across the street and a nice little park area. The negatives: The condo was very dirty. I vacuumed it and filled half a canister with dirt. The bath tub had hair in it and the perimeter of the bathroom had hair in the corners. The whole place could use a deep clean to be honest. There are only TWO bedrooms. The extra “bed” is a day bed in the living room. Although we used the big closet in the master bedroom for my baby with a playpen. I would recommend bringing your own pillow as the ones there are very uncomfortable. Bring your own coffee. The Keurig wasn’t clean and I doubt it’s ever been cleaned properly. Bring extra towels if you don’t want to be washing everyday, especially with going to the pool. Also there aren’t really enough dishes. They could use more cutlery and plates, as you have to run the dishwasher when it isn’t full. There is salt, pepper, olive oil (I left a decent one behind), steak spice and some sweetener in the cupboards. The overall set up of the condo was nice and hopefully they can find cleaning staff that will actually clean. It was great for my kids and comfortably could sleep 4 adults and a couple kids.
