Hello, we’d love the opportunity to host you at our Cozy Condo in the beautiful Walden On Lake Conroe community. This is a great vacation get away for those looking to unwind or just relax. You’ll have the whole condo to yourself. The unit is located upstairs right next to the golf course
You can enjoy walking paths with deer roaming freely. You are a 5 minute drive from gorgeous Lake Conroe. Lake-side dinning is available nearby with several great restaurants, bars, fishing spots, gas stations, boat and jet ski rentals, marina, bait and tackle vendors, sun wear and water sports outfitters, churches, convenient stores and of course Margaritaville.
We are close to several lake entry points but there are no lake views from our condo.
The condo is on the 2nd floor.
Free parking right in front of the condo.
Easy contactless check in process.
You receive the entry door & security alarm codes and a Wi-Fi password on the day of your arrival.

We have 2 Smart TV’s. You must log in to your account for (Netflix, Amazon, Disney+, Hulu, Roku, Starz & more) or you can view the free channel line up. We don’t have a Direct TV subscription or other satellite/cable services.

Full kitchen and full bathroom.
I’m available to answer any questions anytime during your stay.
In response to COVID-19, we are following CDC recommendations for disinfecting and cleaning.

Very comfortable stay

This was a very comfortable stay. My days were filled with chaos, and it was nice to come back and end my stay here every night. The amenities were fantastic and the modern style helped ease the tensions of the day. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable location in the Lake Conroe area.

Destination wedding

We needed a room for a wedding. Rob went above and beyond. Place was clean and well stocked. Everything was very comfortable! I would stay here again!!!

It was very nice. it was just a little misleading when it said Walden on lake Conroe it sounded like you were staying on the golf course in a nicer place. But overall it was great

Thanks for staying. With all respect I’m not sure you read the description of my unit. Host really rely on reviews as a means of advertising. For that reason I’m very thorough and accurate in my description of our place. My description is not misleading at all. The community is called “Walden on lake Conroe.” Furthermore I go on to clearly describe in the listing that the unit is “NEXT to the golf course.” Again thanks for your stay and feedback.

Perfect for What it Is

This was our second stay at this property. There are SO FEW places to stay around the very popular wedding destinations in Montgomery and Conroe. This one is perfect. It's an OLD complex and feels like it, but the unit itself is very nice. It is well appointed with all of the little things you might need that you may have forgotten, and Rob is very flexible and easy to work with. The price is reasonable and having a place that will book for one night is fantastic.

Stay on Walden.

I have a fairly lengthy experience w/ using rental properties & try to give a fair and accurate representation of each. Pros… The owner of this property was good about responding & letting us into the property an hour earlier, his directions to the property and use the security system, and entry code were clear. There was a cute little welcome basket with some goodies. There were ample sheets and blankets, a TV both in the living room and the bedroom, a full suite ze refrigerator, a washer and dryer that worked loudly but well. The back patio faces the golf course parking lot & the golf course… A nice view of Walden as well. The layout of the floor plan was sensible and nice. The couch in the living room was comfortable to sit on and watch TV. There are ample amount of plugs. This is a good location central on Walden w/ easy access to an H-E-B, Walmart as well as various restaurants. Cons… The smallest is not having enough toilet paper, but easy enough for us to get. The toilet paper holder not being attached securely. The blinds were frustrating… Many easily fell off in order for us to open them to have a view or open the window. My biggest complaint is the sleeping arrangements. The pullout sofa was impossible to sleep on and my daughter ended up sleeping on the floor. The bedroom bed needs a new mattress… This one goes down in the middle, causing us to roll into each other. Every day I woke up stiff and I ended up by sleeping on the floor with my daughter.

Relaxing stay

We were in for just one night, but we’re pleasantly surprised by the extra thought of the owners on making sure guests had everything they need. The condo is well decorated and the bed super comfy! Robb kept us informed and the area was peaceful with plenty of sidewalks for a nice evening or morning stroll.

Exactly what we needed!

If you've tried to book a room for one night in the Montgomery/Conroe area, you will quickly notice that your choices are limited. This place FAR exceeded my expectations. I wasn't a huge fan of having to wait until the "day of" for my checkin information. I'm a much bigger planner that that. Other than that, everything was wonderful. It looks EXACTLY like the pictures. The bed is firm and comfortable, the wifi works well... Then, there were the extras I wasn't expecting at all... There was cereal if you want it for breakfast, razors and toothbrushes in case you want them, an assortment of snacks and even bottles of cold water in the refrigerator. The showerhead is luxurious, and how nice to have everything you would need for one night or for one week. If we're back in town for a weekend on Lake Conroe or simply coming in for a festival, we will DEFINITELY rent this place again.
