Our historic Victorian home serves as the perfect space for anyone looking to explore University of Texas or downtown Austin.

The home features two bedrooms with two queen plus beds. Additional air mattress in the master bedroom allows up to 5 guests to stay.

Parking: Street parking for one car is available with a parking pass. Additional cars can use nearby paid street parking from 8 AM to 6 PM. After 6 PM, parking is free. Free street parking is also available on Salado Street over the weekend, so guests arriving Thursday afternoon through Saturday morning may find convenient free options there. We recommend checking parking details in advance, especially if it’s your first time in Austin.

Please Note: To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both guests and host, we kindly ask all confirmed guests to sign a short rental agreement after booking. A $300 security deposit is required which will be released 7 days after checkout if no damages reported.
