Absolutely amazing!!

This has to be the cutest place we have stayed. The lake view just took it to the next level. Our tiny home was like a cottage and they did such a great job on the whole thought process of it all. It was decorated so well and just the whole feel made it homey. I can’t wait to share with my friends and family so they can experience it as well. The food was so so good in the little town. We will definitely be back!

The cottage was very clean and comfortable and seemed to have everything we needed. It rained the entire time, so we didn’t get to enjoy the deck, but we still enjoyed our stay. The instructions to get into the cottage were incorrect and the box is not in a good spot, so it took over an hour to try to get in. Despite our issues with getting in, we would still come back and rent this cottage again.

Excellent Accommodations!

Our family of four boys had the best stay. We enjoyed being on the water, used the fireplace and slept well in the bunks and loft. This is a clean and well-maintained property. We apprecited the easy check-in and check-out.

Cozy Cottage

The cottage is well-equipped, nicely furnished, and clean. The water front location is great and view from the deck is quite relaxing. The cottage is designed to maximize its interior space. There were no paper towels or trash bags upon check-in, so I responded to the welcome text on arrival day and received those items within 30 minutes of texting. The management team was quickly responsive to our request.

Lovely little home

Great home in a quiet area. Easy access to a dock for fishing. Love the built-in stone fire pit. Kids love the choice of bunk beds versus the loft.

Charming tiny home!!

Charming home for our family of 6! Everything was perfect and had everything we needed. Great deck with a view of the lake. Fabulous fire pit to roast s’mores and dock to fish off of. Great place to get away, relax and be out in nature.

Charming! Decorated beautiful and close to fishing dock. We had a minor hick up getting in and Sisalee( sp) was there on the spot ready to help and assist. We were very impressed by the quick response and help we received. …. The follow up was great as she came by to check on us the next day! Waters edge has a jewel and she helped make our stay even better.

Family get away

Feels like you’re camping but with the amenities of home. The tiny home was just big enough for our needs. The location is great! Downtown Tracy City with its County Museum and local bakery was fun. It was a short drive to beautiful hiking trails with waterfalls! One improvement would be to add some covered outdoor areas to eat meals as it was raining for much of the time we where there and hard to find a place for more than two people to eat indoors.

Quiet and relaxing

Very nice, tiny home. Clean, quiet and relaxing. Only complaint were the portable air conditioners which didn’t do the job. On the days with a slight breeze, we opened the windows and had the fans blowing.

Neat place!

Great Tiny house adventure! Only negatives, a few ants in the kitchen and our grill didn’t work. A Maintenance man came quickly but didn’t have a replacement. The house was very clean and cozy! :) We would stay again! :)

Beautiful and Cozy…But

Overall this tiny house was beautiful and unique. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay indoors. The inside of the house was clean and very well kept. The fishing dock is right outside the entrance on the deck and the lake is amazing in the evenings with the sun going down over it! Things that could use some improvement… the outside of the home has been let go (landscaping is overgrown and cleanliness). We understand the outside areas are open to the weather, but the deck and furniture were not clean at all (even with good weather). We used our folding camp chairs during our stay due to this issue. Also, there is a beautiful fire pit for use, but no instructions on wood or any on the property to use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay tremendously! The community is quiet and friendly. The small towns surrounding the area are fun to explore and lots of hiking. And don’t miss out eating at the local steak house, High Point! Wonderful food with amazing history!

Peaceful Retreat

This was our first experience staying in a tiny home. The description is correct. It was tiny. Although small, it was clean, the view was beautiful, and the bed was comfortable!It was located very close to an other tiny house (you cannot see the other house in the pictures due to the angle the pictures were taken). That wouldn’t have been such an issue except there are no window coverings other than a blind in the bathroom window and curtains over 1 of the 2 windows in the bedroom, so very little privacy! The kitchen needs to be stocked better. There was no glass oven dish, no serving bowl to make a salad in and no corkscrew, so if you plan to prepare meals, make sure to bring what you need with you! My last note is that the washer/dryer was posted with an out of order sign. Thank goodness we had not planned to do laundry, but no advance notice was given. Over all, it was a peaceful getaway. We ended up leaving after 2 nights instead of staying for the third due to a storm knocking the power out countywide.
