There are 2 comfy living rooms in the house. Both living spaces look out to an open forest view with not a neighbor in sight.

The upstairs living room is very large and spacious with a wood burning fireplace, and 64" Fire TV to cozy up and watch movies. Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Prime and cable tv to watch live tv (football, news etc). Tons of seating options: new large sofa, reading chair, oversized bean bag and a portable bench to sit in front of the fire.

The downstairs living room has a 50" TV with a gaming console for the kiddos. There are two couches - one in front of the tv and the other in nook to play board games. Both the sofas fold out into additional sleeping options: A convertible sectional and a convertible futon (queen size & twin respectively).

BEDROOMS:
Master bedroom - on main floor close to main living room. Very spacious room with large 9' feet of closet space. King size bed with additional Fire TV. This room has a separate workspace with a desk, wireless keyboard, bluetooth mouse and monitor with HDMI hookup. This room is connected to main bathroom.

2nd bedroom - on downstairs level next to second bathroom. King size bed with large 8' of closet space. Has built-in reading nook with window.

3rd bedroom - on downstairs level opposite side of living room and other bedroom. Two twin size beds with 4' closet. Has window with forest view.

BATHROOMS:
The newly renovated main bathroom is on the upstairs floor has a built in soaking tub and shower combo. One door is connected to the master bedroom and other door goes out to hallway.

The second bathroom on the bottom level has a soaking tub and shower combo with new vanity.

KITCHEN/ DINING:
The newly remodeled kitchen has open shelving with new stainless steel appliances and anything you will need to cook and bake. There is a separate dining room that seats 6 with forest views that is open to the kitchen.

OUTDOOR:
There is a deck on both levels of the house - one in the back off the kitchen/ dining area with a patio set overlooking the treetops. There is another deck off the second living room space downstairs but not wide enough for seating. Out the front of the house there is a three adirondack chairs. A brand new hot tub added Oct 2023 under the stars! Great spot to star-gaze and enjoy the mountain air.

PARKING:
There is a 2 car garage that you can access that has door leading into the kitchen. Additional 2 parking spots in the driveway.

PETS:
2 well-behaved doggies are allowed for an additional fee. Note: there is a small front yard (as shown) for pet relief. There is an area downstairs in the back of house- but access is thru a very long staircase. The back is not recommended in ice or snow - or for older dogs who have a hard time with stairs. The house is on a safe cul ‘de sac with hardly any traffic to walk doggies.
