Great location to all the sights of the city

Very friendly can tell owner has been doing many updates. Had all the amenities you could need to make meals. Washer and dryer was great to do laundry. Would definitely come back again. Great communication and quiet neighborhood.

Great Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and in a good neighborhood. The host was accommodating and responded promptly to all questions. We would definitely stay here or at another one of their properties in the future.

Everything as Expected

The home was consistent with what we were led to believe in the listing and the reviews. Plenty of room, house was tidy and clean, our host was polite and responsive. Home is in a family neighborhood, quiet at night, friendly neighbors, off-street parking, no safety concerns. DT St. Louis and many area attractions within a 30 min. drive.

Beautiful and Quite

The house was beautiful and the neighborhood is very quite! It was perfect for my family and I. We were able to get to everything withing 30 minutes of traveling. We enjoyed our stay very much and when we go back, will tey to book this house again!

Property was absolutely beautiful. Tons of space for everyone. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Downtown and Six Flags. Just absolutely loved it. Would definitely rent again if we are back that way

Best kept secret

My family have stayed here twice. IT has become our home away from home when visiting family in the Stl area . The property looks better then the pictures. It’s cozy and in safe area . The host/owner did a phenomenal job at communicating and making sure all of our knees were missed. Most definitely recommend 10 out of 10!

Visit in MO

Check in was a little delayed due to host providing us with the wrong key code. Upon entering the house there was a weird odor to the house, the floors were sticky and counters were dirty. Towels provided had holes in them. Overall the the experience was ok. The neighborhood was friendly and safe.

House is lovely on the inside

The house is very nice and clean on the inside. The neighborhood was quiet but there is not much in close proximity (a couple miles) as far as restaurants, shopping, grocery stores. Most everything is within a 20 minute drive. The owner was very responsive and friendly.

Depending on one’s interests yes we are centrally located (as mentioned in property description) most find it convenient to be able to get almost anywhere in St. Louis city , county or even Alton IL in 20 mins or less. Centrally located

Quiet neighborhood and within 20 minutes of most everything in St. Louis. Host had great communication! There is also an alarm for the house, which was nice. Washer and dryer worked well for our needs to be able to wash clothes during a hot week at the soccer fields.

Great place

My family enjoyed our trip to St. Louis and this property had everything we needed. It was in a nice family neighborhood near a school. The property was clean and it was convenient to have a washer and dryer to be able to do laundry as well as the stove and refrigerator to prepare our meals when we settled in for the night after a day of seeing the sites. The access to front door was easy and everything worked out well. The property manager was very communcative without being overbearing. Thank you so much.

Not the best

Worst trip I have ever had, owner was nice, but when we arrive temperatures were In the 90's and the air conditioning was not even turned on. Beds were uncomfortable, bedrooms had no furniture other than a bed, holes in the floor, shower was only shoulder high for some guests, cracks in the bathtub, living room couch and chair were not designed for The comfort of the guests, all around bad experience. Neighborhood was not The greatest, but I did not feel unsafe

Property is as described in photos guest even asked in person if we would consider renting to her .. no complaints whatsoever during the stay . As you can see our other reviews say otherwise then what Shannon is trying to say. Shannon wasn’t happy with Vrbo staff customer service and took it out on us as the host. Unfortunately

Unpleasant

We were excited to stay at this rental based on the photos, but unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations. The space was smaller than anticipated, and the one bathroom felt cramped. The rental had some good features, such as security cameras, garage access (small), ceiling fans, and Wi-Fi.We noticed that the cleanliness could have been improved, as there was dust on the vents and in other areas, and the kitchen floor felt sticky. The shag rugs had visible debris upon our arrival, and there were a few maintenance issues, including cracks in the ceiling, holes in the floor and missing baseboards. The kitchen also had cracked tiles.We did experience a few discomforts during our stay. The shower head was quite short and the beds were not comfortable (points mentioned in other reviews). Additionally, some of the towels were rough, with one having a hole and another beginning to unravel. The yellow kitchen chairs had some stains, which impacted the overall appearance and feel.While there were some positive aspects, we found the property didn't offer the same level of amenities and attention to detail that we’ve enjoyed in other rentals. We weren’t able to receive a refund and ended up leaving the property early. Based on our experience, we wouldn't stay here again and wouldn’t recommend this rental to others.

We thank you for your review although we couldn’t exceed your expectations. During our conversation you’ve mentioned you frequently have back problems which is out of our control. The bedding review you are mentioning is related to another property not this property. Everyone preference is different as far as bedding comfort. You reached out requesting a refunded for leaving a day earlier on a 5 day booking based on the non refundable rate we were not able to offer refund. Once you were advised of the cancellation policy you then contact Vrbo with several complaints without informing us directly for possible resolution. Whole in floor are small due to cable wiring nothing hazardous. Although we know in the customer service industry we can't please everyone we truly do try.
