They will not give you back any of your money if you cancel within 90 days. If you get their unit, buy the travel insurance. They force you to use the insurance even if there is an extreme storm on the island that the airlines will not fly in. There is no reasoning with this company. They have no compassion. Once you book, they believe that your money is their money regardless of if you use their rental. They also force you to sign a huge lease contract. Ridiculous! Rent from someone else or just get a hotel room. You’ll be treated a lot better.

Here for vacation and the property exceeded our expectations. Easily walkable to town. Plus, with the travel the email with the access code never came, however, a couple people from the group stepped up to help out, greatly appreciated.

Perfect Kona Vacation

It’s at the center of everything. The Property is so easy to find and is tucked in a corner that gives you privacy and a quiet relaxing accommodation. It’s perfect for a family of 4. The check in instructions are on point. Contacting the host is very easy and always very prompt. I would stay here again and again :-). Five stars and more!!!

Beautifully remodeled, well-appointed with new & quality kitchen supplies, super clean, roomy space, and fun beach body boards too. Distance from town was awesome--a quick walk to plenty of food & shopping. The pool was a bit sparse, but great to know it was there if we needed to take a dip--we went to the beach every day so didn't use it. The community was quiet and so peaceful to sit out on the balcony and chill. Last but not least, the bed was the MOST comfortable we've slept in! We travel a lot, and couldn't believe how incredible it was...we have actually contacted the mattress company to order one for our home.Huge shout out to K&A Management: Their communication throughout was very welcoming, responsive and consistent. I felt reassured that if I needed something, I could reach out and receive a timely (and friendly) response.HIGHLY recommend and look forward to returning to this lovely property.
