The Space:
As you enter Winterplace K204, you are met with a large mudroom with great storage for your winter gear and luggage. The first bedroom is the bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom shared with the queen bedroom. This bedroom offers plenty of storage as well with a dresser and closet. The primary bedroom features a king bedroom and an ensuite full bathroom that can also be accessed through the kitchen.

The kitchen area comes fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare the perfect home-cooked meal after a day on the slopes. Enjoy your meal at the large dining room table or use the space to play games and spend quality time together.

The living room offers plenty of space for each guest and is the perfect cozy spot to watch the snow fall and warm up by the fire. The flat screen TV is the perfect addition to the unit offering fun movie nights. There is a private deck located directly off of the living room for you to enjoy the views and your morning coffee.

Winterplace is a fun and unique slopeside community with private access to a heated indoor pool and hot tub only a short walk from your condo.

This ski-in/ski-out condo is located in the K building of Winterplace directly in front of the unloading area of the base lifts. No need to brave traffic or the dreaded walk from the parking lot.

Parking notes: Parking is available in the parking lot in front of the unit. Two parking passes are provided in the unit upon arrival. Please reach out to us if you require more than two parking passes, we will do our best to accommodate. Please note that 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive may be required in the winter.
