Spacious heated Pool Home sleeps 16! 3 bedrooms with the master having a king size bed, and 2 other bedrooms with Queen size bed. Our fourth bunk room offers 2 full size bed and a full size bunk bed with pull out twin trundle!

Open floor plan with fully stocked kitchen, and fun games that include a pool table, a foosball table with 7-in-1 game and a dart board. Plenty of floaties and kids floatie vests.

Pool can be heated for $25 a day

This house is perfect for large family/group participating in USSSA sports Complex tournaments.

House includes (1) King size bed in the master suite with ensuite bathroom.
and 2 queen size beds.

We also recently added the "bunk room" which added more sleeping arrangements. This bunk room includes 2 full size bed. 1 full size bunk bed with a twin pull out trundle.

The house is equipped with the following:
Basic cooking wares such as pots and pan, dishes, and utensils, glasses, coffee mugs and Keurig coffee machine.
Upgraded items such as instantly, airfryer are also included.

Beach + pool towels are included. Our backyard comes with a charcoal grill. Charcoal is NOT provided.

Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, kitchen soaps, shampoo/conditioner, bodywash, Keurig pods are included but NOT unlimited.

Full size washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board, blow dryer.

Pool area has seating such as lounge chairs and adriondack chairs.

Highchair and a ball pit in provided for your little ones.


HOUSE RULES:
- No Parties or Events whatsoever. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

- No burning candles

- No Smoking. There will be immediate cancellation of your reservation and a cleaning fee of $500 per accident.

- No pets

- Quiet hours are from 10 pm-8 am. Noise ordinances are enforced in Melbourne. So please refrain from disturbing the neighbors.

- Our driveway could fit up to 2 cars. The garage is inaccessible at the moment.

- Home is not childproofed. Please supervise children at all times.

- The property has an inground pool with no safety gates. If you choose to bring children, please do not ever leave them unattended. No wet swimsuits or towels on indoor furniture. Swim at your own risk!

- There are security cameras outside of our home. There is a camera facing our pool equipment. Please do not mess with our pool equipment such as the pump, and filter. There is one camera pointing to the pool and pool equipment, this camera isn't being monitored but it is mainly for insurance liabilities purposes.

- We have weekly pool maintenance in which the pool guy will come every Wednesday to service. Please understand that we do try our best to keep our pool clean, but the pool is outside and uncovered, so debris and leaves may fall into the pool. This is not subject to any refund.

- Please note that in Florida, there are a lot of bugs and insects. Despite our cleaning and monthly pest control, you may encounter insects and bugs in the house. For this reason, it is very important that you keep all windows, doors, and sliders closed all the time to avoid the entry of insects/bugs into the house. Even the best prevention efforts aren't guaranteed.

- Only guests on the reservation are allowed on the property unless this is arranged prior to making the reservation.

- Standard check-out time is at 11 am, and the check-in time is at 4 pm. This window allows our cleaning staff to get your house in sparkling clean condition.

- Sometimes if we could accommodate early check-in at no extra charge, we would; but no guarantee. Please reach out first for an arrangement. Late check out without previous agreement from the host might result in a $50 dollar charge for every 30 minutes.

- No guns, or illegal drugs of any kind on the property.

- Starter supplies Kit is provided for an extended stay to get you started

- Please ensure you fully understand our cancelation policy, which can be found in your reservation details. Even the best-laid plans can change, and that includes trips on Vrbo . Given the current Covid-19 pandemic and the potential for travel restrictions in some states, and the unpredictability of travel interruptions, such as weather, family emergencies, sudden illness, natural disaster, etc., now offers travel insurance at the time of booking, we strongly recommend that you would take advantage of that to protect your travel investment. - In the event that you need to change/alter your reservation please keep in mind that extending your reservation, approval is largely depending on availability.

- If you need to move your entire reservation to a future date, please know that modification/alteration requests within 14 days of check-in will be denied and we ask that you would submit requests in advance 14+days from check-in. This is to be fair for your host as this will give the property proper time to get rebooked.
