Dream Beach Front Condo

Tiara Sands is located on the Cerritos Beach area of Mazatlan with a beachfront view right in front of the ocean. It has a very large veranda and a second balcony off of the Master Bedroom with views up and down the beach with no one on directly on either side. In the middle of Tiara Sands is the courtyard and XL pool and spa tub. Tiara Sands was developed by a Canadian developer and thus the vast majority of home owners are from Canada and the US. It is just a few steps from the bus and taxi stop. Tiara Sands is also very convenient to the new Walmart La' Marina, the Gallerias Mall and Movie theaters. The beach next to us is 5 km long from end to end and offers a beautiful walk on the shoreline. There is also a gymnasium and large pool deck at Tiara Sands. Our condo #211 has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master has a very comfortable Queen Bed, walk in closet and features marble bathroom and large shower as does the second bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The third bedroom is a Queen bed and all have ample closet and storage space. There is in-suite laundry.

The kitchen and dining area are granite, with cedar cabinets and with high-end Stainless GE Monogram appliances. We even have a top end Kitchen aid blender for smoothies. There is also a stereo, WiFi and 46 inch HD flat screen TV. I am certain that you will enjoy your stay at our place. We always have, it is a favorite place to go.

There is a pool and Jacuzzi on the premises and an elevator.
Also, there is a wide ample deck with beach chairs where you can enjoy sunbathing, sounds of the waves and a sense of exclusivity all year round. During the winter and spring, management creates a ramp to have direct access to the beach but during the summer and fall, the ramp is removed because the sand gets inundated with rocks. The only access to the beach would be two blocks down during the summer and fall.
