This tastefully decorated townhome offers two great bedrooms & baths on different levels, a private rooftop with huge outdoor dining tables to enjoy summer city vibes. Located on a serene street, it offers tranquility in the midst of city life. A short stroll takes to the vibrant Broadway E & scenic Lakeview Blvd Viewpoint, or to plenty of transit options, opening doors to explore various facets of the city. Immerse yourself in this perfect blend of charm and accessibility.
The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 940 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with no step at the entrance.

âą First Floor: Living room, kitchen, dining. Air conditioned.
âą Second Floor: Bedroom with queen bed, hallway bath with bath tub & shower combo. Heat only.
âą Third Floor: Primary bedroom with King bed, ensuite bathroom with luxury rain shower and heated floors. Air conditioned.
âą Fourth Floor: Rooftop patio with outdoor seating and space needle views!

**About the Reservation**
âą In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
âą We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
âą For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

âą This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
âą Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. We provide a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking. Do note that Capitol Hill is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available nearby.
