Das charmante 'Lime Tree Cabana' - 4002 Cameron Blvd, ist das perfekte Strandhaus für einen erholsamen Kurzurlaub. Der Strand ist nur eine kurze 1,5 Blocks die 40th Ave. Genießen Sie einen privaten beheizbaren (gegen Gebühr) Pool, vier Schlafzimmer, vier Badezimmer, eine große, abgeschirmte Veranda, ein Dach und eine Cabana.

Red Sky ist auf das Gebiet der Isle of Palms spezialisiert und deckt Sie bei obligatorischen Evakuierungen, medizinischen Notfällen, Verlust eines Familienmitglieds, Verlust des Arbeitsplatzes usw. ab. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich nach den Kosten und diese können nach der Online-Reservierung des Hauses erworben werden.

House was conveniently located near the beach access. Kitchen had the essentials for cooking. Outdoor space in backyard was nice - grill was clean and had supply of propane. Lock box made check-in easy. Lots of seating in kitchen and living room. Worked well for our family.

Great House and location

Great beach house

We really enjoyed staying at this home. It had everything we needed with plenty of room in the living area and kitchen for a group of 7 (3 kids). The home was bright and inviting and in good condition. The beach was beautiful and so convenient with just a very short walk. The kids enjoyed the pool which was cleaned twice for our stay! We’ll definitely book this property again for our next visit.

Great place for our family to stay the weekend our daughter graduated from c of c. We entertained out by the pool, walked to the beach and just hung out and relaxed. Mother’s Day morning watching the sunrise from the rooftop deck with my entire family under one roof was like heaven

Charming home made for an amazing vacation!

My family of 5 rented this home with two other families. It is so charming and cozy. The decor was gorgeous, the house was immaculate and we had the most amazing time. The pool area has a great set up for large groups and we hung out there all day and night. It's a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely be coming back to this house again very soon!

4 adults and 4 kids stayed here. Very well-kept and beautiful home 1 block from the beach! Upper deck has ocean views perfect for surround out at night! Beautiful pool w grill and fridge-great for enjoying while T the pool. Short cab into Charleston for date nights and day jaunts with the kids! Loved going to dinner in nearby Sullivan's Island too!

A Perfect Vacation

Had the best family vacation ever!! You're home was perfect, as it allowed ample space for everyone and was beautifully decorated! The pool area with grilling cabana was ideal and again, provided great space for everyone to spread out. Being so close to the beach was an added perk and we took full advantage. Perfect Start to the Summer

Lime Tree Cabana was a perfect fit for our family! Loved that all bedrooms had a full bath and that the living area was an open floor plan. The pool and cabana were definitely a hit with our kids. There was so much entertaining space, inside and out. One of the best features of this house is its accessibility to the beach. It is right by the beach access and only a short block away from the water. We will definitely return!

Just the girls 2021

We made the best memories here with my sisters, their daughters and their children..along with my granddaughter. We wanted a beautiful sunny place to celebrate being together. We lost my husband in a work explosion in 2019..even though he was a hero who saved the other guys..some are still having issues processing the huge loss. I tell that story because we were validated in our choice by the Cardinal who visited us DAILY. So thank you!

Schneider Christmas vacation 2019

We were amazed by this house! The ease of getting into the property with the key close to the front door. Pet friendly so we didn’t have to leave our little pups behind. The heated pool was the biggest hit and worth the extra cost. We had everything we needed in the kitchen! View of the ocean from the top deck was pretty cool. Enough space for our Christmas celebration. Parking in a garage really helped with loading and unloading in the rain. Just a short walk to the beach, which is also dog friendly. There were 7 of us and we were very comfortable. We even had room for 2 other grandchildren to spend the night a couple times.

Lime Tree Cabana = Lemon Tree Cabana

We have stayed at this property in the past and 20-30 times on IoP over the last 40 years. The appliances are tired - dishwasher was broke from the first day, handle on refrigerator was broken, front door lock was broken and replaced, and worst of all, the refrigerator smelled heavily of fish the entire week. Property Manager was gracious but I haven’t had to speak with someone so many times in all of the prior years combined. Some of these things should’ve been identified (broke refrigerator handle, door lock, foul smelling refrigerator) before we arrived. Disappointed in the quality of this home.

Always know you can call us about something like a smell/cleaning - we would have sent someone down to take care of that, for sure! We are definitely on it for the door handles, etc. Just needed to order and wait for deliveries on those so we can replace. We appreciate you letting us know and giving feedback. Great House but needs some work

The property management team were absolutely great from start to finish! Unfortunately, the house needs some work on the inside and outside. The hot water regarding the shower downstairs was a hit or miss. Also, if you like to watch TV, please don’t stay in the downstairs bedroom. We failed to read the fine print as the downstairs bedroom does not list a TV and is on the small side. I don’t think that it even contains a queen bed. The screened in porch was great but the fence wasn’t. The fence will contain your furry friends but it is leaning and in bad shape. I would recommend for the owners to put some money back into the home starting with a TV in the downstairs bedroom and a new fence.

Thanksgiving in IOP at Lime Tree Cabana

This house was very comfortable for our family of 6. There were a number of housekeeping and maintenance issues that we had to contact the property manager about several times during the course of the week. The fireplace was not working, and neither was the water dispenser on the refrigerator, the latter of which we asked to have fixed, but it could not be while we were there. The backyard gate was unclosable due to warping of the wooden fence. Our dog found a dead mouse in the backyard and there were mouse droppings on the deck. The shower faucet in the 2nd bedroom was stuck and not usable. Also the bottom of the white drapes in the MBR were filthy, with prominent brown/black & yellow stains. So, while the house is comfortable (all the beds were super comfy) and cute, and has a great location 1 block off the beach in a quiet residential neighborhood, it really needed attention & TLC prior to our arrival there. The property managers were very responsive, but I would have preferred not to have had to call them so many times over the course of the week. Nevertheless we had a great family week in the IOP.

We are very sorry you had some issues in your vacation home. We never mind the phone calls. We try to make your stay as nice as possible, so we are glad you reached out. We will definitely address some of the items you mentioned and make sure moving forward they are handled. It is difficult sometimes in regards to the 'wild life' being so close to the ocean and all the wild dunes in the area. Left a sour taste…🍋

We felt this place had seen better days, definitely did not live up to the photos listed on line. First impression was clean and tidy however after being there for 1 day we began to smell sewer type smells in the bathrooms. While they did send someone out to check, it persisted. The pool was in extremely poor condition, liner torn and peeling around edges, we paid to have it heated but never went in as so many leaves blew in it every day it was alway very dirty. The backyard was astroturfing instead of grass which I found strange! The kitchen was so small and poorly laid out you could bare have two people in there, the refrigerator hits the island when you open the door and the dishwasher also does as you load. I can’t imagine have a crowd here. We ended up leaving early due to a family issue, however frankly I was glad to leave and definitely would not rent here again. The whole place needs some serious upgrades!

Daughter's Wedding

We needed a place near Charleston for our family with adult children and their SO's. This place was perfect. Everyone had their own bath and balcony yet family room was big enough to accommodate us all for dinner and Jeopardy!. Pool was so relaxing. Proximity to beach was great. We need the grill fixed and someone was sent over immediately. I would love to stay here again.

Dirty house, unhappy with stay.

I am very disappointed with this rental property. It had such great reviews I really wasn’t expecting the problems we had. 1. Pool was dirty upon arrival (not just leaves on top- entire bottom was dirty) and was never heated, which I paid $500 extra for. I know I was told it would take a while to warm up, but even on the last day it was still ice cold. 2. Black mold/Mildew was on the inside of the window with access to the children- who did in fact touch it. Someone came to clean it after I called to complain. 3. Right when we arrived I spilled some water, went to wipe it with a paper towel, and the paper towel came up black. The floors were FILTHY. 4. There wasn’t a single floor mat in the house, and at a beach house there is always sand, so it just wasn’t comfortable and sand was tracked everywhere. 5. The freezer ice maker was full upon arrival, and then never made more ice. 6. The hose out back had a constant drip, so there was always a puddle along the back of the garage. 7. The dryer never fully dried the clothes. 8. The upstairs jacuzzi tub had some weird green slime come out when we turned it on for the kids. 9. The queen bed upstairs was broken- so the person on the right side had to sleep on an angle. 10. Upon arrival the upstairs door didn’t have a working lock, so someone had to come out a child safety thing on the handle. 11. The AC stopped working a couple nights in, so someone had to come and repair for a couple hours one day. 12. All of the fans in the house had a thick layer of dust- they are never cleaned clearly. 13. The outdoor garbage bins were still full from the previous trip, we’re never taken out by management on garbage day. I had to tell the AC repair man and he told management, who then came and only took 2 of the bins out and then waited the entire day to put them back. They would have never been brought out if I hadn’t said anything. This house had such great reviews and I was really looking forward to our stay. With all of the problems I was actually embarrassed that I was the one that booked the house. The management company was very responsive when I told them about these things, but I felt like I shouldn’t have had to be bringing all of these things to their attention and basically spent my entire trip with issues at the house.

We are so sorry that you had any issues during your stay! We have a full maintenance and cleaning staff and we always want to make sure everything is perfect before your arrival, but if something was missed, we would hope that you tell us, so we could come and take care of it right away. The pool was cleaned the day before your arrival. There were some storms the day you checked in and so when you told us it was dirty, we reached out to the pool company and begged them to come and do an extra cleaning. They came the very next day to clean it. You never mentioned to us that the pool was not warm. The heater was turned on the day before your arrival and heating. If we had known it was not as warm as you wanted it to be, we could have come over and turned it up and verified it was working. After you checked out, you let us know and we were able to verify it does work and so we are not sure how it got turned off during your stay. During your stay, you informed us of the mildew on the window behind the window blind and the AC having some trouble. We came that same day and cleaned the window and fixed the AC. We never knew about any of these other issues until after you checked out. As far as the trash goes, we have a company we pay to roll them out on the appropriate day and roll them back in. If you didn't have room for your trash, we certainly would have brought an extra can down or taken some of the trash away. We are so sorry that you had any issues at all. We have performed a deep clean of the house and looked at each one of the items you mentioned.
