So much space, be it the main living area, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, screened-in porch! More than enough for our group of eight. Loved all the built-ins and the overall layout of the house. Everyone said their mattress was amazing. The fenced-in yard was a bonus to have for our Bernedoodle. Great location…easy walk to the beach and the Outpost. Although we’d probably rent a golf cart next time because we tend to bring a lot of gear to the beach. Highly recommend!

IOP Beach Week

Great location, perfect for the family to get to the beach or restaurants. House was clean and so nicely decorated. I would recommend this property and will look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful home for extended family get-away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the location and proximity to the beach was wonderful. Our kids loved the pool and it was easy to get into Charleston and explore the area. We would recommend this vacation home for family gatherings like ours - it worked perfectly for us!

Beautiful and Clean

We were a group of friends looking to get away and relax for the weekend. The proximity to the beach was perfect, and we loved being able to walk to the marina restaurant.

Great Trip!

House was great with all the amenities you could ask for. One of the nicest houses that we have ever stayed in while on vacation. Golf cart was a nice addition get everything to the beach if needed, but was also an easy walk to the beach. Would highly recommend this house and location in the Isle of Palms!

The Perfect Beach House

Great house with perfect furnishings and location! Book it ASAP! The owner and management went above and beyond to assist with a couple of special needs. Highly recommend! The whole family had a fabulous visit. We will be back!

Absolutely wonderful house!

Beautiful house that was actually much larger than it looked online. The location was great and we enjoyed the pool,the large kitchen ,the large enclosed deck, the golf cart, etc etc!. We all had so much fun! This is a great place for a large group (there were 10 of us). I would love to stay here again!

Exceeded expectations

We booked last minute due to a change of plans and we could not have been more pleased that we ended up staying here. The pictures do not do the house justice. Beautiful, tall ceilings, clean, and well appointed. For two adults and a toddler it was huge and we would definitely consider staying here with friends or extended family. Thank you for a wonderful stay we will be back.

We liked the quality of the appliances in the kitchen. House was very clean. Lots of space for all 12 of us. Golf cart was a nice convenience to get to the beach. Nice neighborhood. No complaints.

Gorgeous new beach home!

Wow, we were lucky enough to be the first guests to stay in this brand new house and it was gorgeous!! The layout was open and the location was wonderful!! The well equipped kitchen and floorplan was great for cooking meals which we enjoyed both inside and on the spacious porch. The home was close to the beach and on a quiet street! There were two living areas and a spacious screened in patio so we were able to spread out which was great for our large family! All bedrooms other than bunk bed room had their own private bathrooms. Our kids loved the heated pool, backyard and we made wonderful memories in this beautiful home. We would love to stay here again!!

This property, while beautiful in photos, is so much better in person! There were so many bonus things we liked about it while we were there. The massive garages were nice as it rained on the days we arrived and departed. There were plenty of bath towels for our large group. The beds were comfortable and a few of the rooms comfortably housed our extra pack-n-plays. The kitchen had enough dishes and cutlery and the house has AWESOME storage and closets. The screened in porch is wonderful and the walk to the beach is so easy, our group with several children under 5 had no problem coming and going a few times a day.My only suggestion to the property manager would be to add a few blankets in the home. It was a cooler week while we were here and the AC works very well, especially in the large master bedroom downstairs and living room.We would happily rebook this home again!

Charleston Stay

The home is beautiful, and the location is great. However, i feel for such a newly remodeled home it was lacking a lot of things. The bedding is cheap, pillows target quality, the sheets were like cheap hotel quality. I purchased all to make my stay more comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful as well as the appliances. The dishes, pots and pans and silverware are cheap. The outside patio lounge chairs have seen their last day. The master bath is very nice however lacking quality bath towels.

It is a beautiful house and in a wonderful location and glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. I apologize you had so many items to find criticism about. In regards to the linens, the same linens are used at all 30 properties we manage and this is the first time we have received negative feedback on them but I apologize you did not find them to be up to your satisfaction. We have previously received positive feedback with regards to the towels and especially the use of duvet covers that are changed between every guest stay but appreciate your feedback and taking the time to leave a review.

I love the house unfortunately the pool that was to be a heated pool was not on and the pool could not be used. I was very surprised to find all the living room furniture was with down. Which I'm very allergic to so i could not sit and visit or watch tv in the living room. Over all the home is beautiful.

Thank you for your review and we agree the home is beautiful. As the listing stated at time of your booking and when you emailed during your stay - the pool can be seasonally heated (and without an additional fee). However as noted in the listing and previously explained it has an electric heat pump so it will not heat November through March due to air temperatures. The couch was definitely used by your group and very notably without using the pet sheets provided, but we’re sorry you weren’t able to join your family on the sofa and two living room chairs! Hopefully you were able to pull over one of the other chairs in the kitchen or chair (not down) from the master bedroom to sit on, although definitely not as comfortable for lounging.

Beautiful and spacious and a great spot for entertaining a large group of people. Extremely spacious bedrooms, HUGE living room, and generally an absolute gem of a space. We spent 5 days and didn’t want to leave! Mini golf putting green out back is a nice bonus but more than anything the hike is warm and inviting and comfortable.
