Beach Bound is a beautifully decorated home that includes many upgrades such as an elevator, upgraded trim work, and saltwater pool. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of cabinet space, tile backsplash, a counter height bar, wine/beer fridge, and walk-in pantry. The open living area leads out to the back balcony overlooking the pool. This home has three spacious master bedrooms with king size beds, ensuite bathrooms, and 2 of the bedrooms have their own dedicated balconies. The first floor master has its own private sitting area. There is an additional bedroom with a queen bed which shares a jack-and-jill bathroom with the bunk room. There are smart TVs in each of the bedrooms & living area. This home is a very close walk to the beach with beach access just steps away.

PROPERTY AMENITIES
Elevator (Ground to 1st & 2nd Floor), Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven with air fryer function, Microwave, Refrigerator, Beverage Refrigerator, Dishwasher, well-equipped kitchen essentials. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.

HEATED POOLS
Houses advertised with a heated pool can be heated during the following time periods: March 1st- June 1st and September 1st- November 1st of each year. Please note that pool heaters will not operate if the air temperature surrounding the heat pump drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat will only heat the water 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the air temperature.
Houses that offer pool heat (standard size pool) have an additional fee of $375 (electric) or $500 (gas) and must be requested to be added to the reservation. A few of our premier homes that have oversized pools have an additional fee of $600 to heat. Please request to add on pool heat after booking your reservation. Pool heat must be added more than 72 hours from the day of check in and cannot be added after arrival.

Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.

**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.
