When booking a weekly reservation in 2024 at Anchor of the Soul from 6/1/24 - 8/31/24 directly through Surfside Realty, you will receive a complimentary $450 credit towards any beach rental equipment of your choosing provided by VayK Gear! Redeeming this offer is easy! Simply book your reservation, turn in your paperwork, and receive an email with your unique link to order your FREE beach equipment. The equipment will be delivered to the home and picked up once you depart. Rent anything from chairs and umbrellas, to paddle boards and corn hole to make sure that your family makes the most of their beach vacation!

Game Room and Second Kitchen on 1st Floor, Internet, Elevator to All Floors, Televisions, Heat and Central A/C, 2 Washer and Dryer Sets (one on each the 1st Floor and 2nd Floor), Range and Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.

Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. A 3% service fee will be added if you choose to pay with a credit card. E-checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival
