On the main level, you'll find a bright, open floor plan for your family and friends to gather! The living space is complete with those incredible views, an oversized sectional couch, two swivel chairs, and a large flatscreen TV. The fully renovated kitchen has quartz countertops, custom herringbone tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, a beverage refrigerator with an additional ice maker, a Keurig coffee maker, and bar seating for up to 4! A few steps away is the spacious dining area with a stunning wooden table that seats up to 8. The real star of the show is the expansive seaside deck that features multiple places to sit and relax while you listen to the soothing sounds of the waves or watch the sunset with your favorite drink in hand.

Two bedrooms are located on this floor — both with queen-sized beds and coastal touches throughout. These bedrooms share a generous Jack and Jill bathroom with 2 toilets, 2 vanities, and a tub shower combination. Bathrooms and laundry room remodeled in late 2024!

Upstairs boasts a dedicated workspace in the loft area and the remaining bedrooms! The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and is attached to an extended bathroom with another set of 2 toilets, 2 vanities, and a walk in shower combination. The second bedroom on this level has two twin beds, and last but not least, the third bedroom features a vibrant bunkbed room with an additional daybed and flatscreen TV!

Heading to the ground level, you'll find a bonus living space (also known as the “game room”) with a large flatscreen TV and plenty of board games! The third full bathroom with a shower and the laundry room are also on this level. Outside has a fantastic shaded spot to sit, along with a shower with hot and cold water to rinse off the sand after a fun day out on the beach! As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
