Located right on Boygan Lake, this adorable bungalow-style home offers all the fun that comes with being right on the water, while also providing the necessary serenity and peacefulness you look for when booking a vacation. Close to many beautiful hiking trails, Sylvania Wilderness, Star Lake Hiking Trail, and Plum Lake Hemlock Forest State Natural Area are all located less than 25 miles away. Boygan is just one of the many lakes nearby, so be prepared to partake in a plethora of water-based recreational activities such as kayaking, canoeing, and fishing! Cast a line out on your own dock and enjoy the reflections of the trees hitting the water. Sheer comfort can be found alongside the outdoor firepit, as you roast a s'more, gaze at the stars, and share campfire stories.

Cozy is the perfect word to describe this enchanting retreat. The living area invites you in with the warm crackling sound coming from the wood stove, plush seating is perfect for lounging and visiting amongst, the well-equipped kitchen awaits tasty creations to be concocted, and the dining room table presents a beautiful view as you overlook the vast back deck and lake while enjoying your meals. Central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and several TVs give you all of the comforts you crave when on a trip. Head out in the available canoe for a sunrise ride around the lake to start your day off right, and spend your evenings gathered around the firepit planning out the following day's adventures.

Dock details: Dock is roughly 40 ft long and around 3ft deep at end.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
