Welcome to Bear Cub Cabin! Our home is located 8 minutes from the Sunbowl at Stratton Mountain Ski Resort. Bear Cub Cabin is a haven designed for cherished moments with friends and family, enjoying Mother Nature, and a retreat for skiers, hikers, and golfers of all skill levels. Recently renovated, the cabin is adorned with a carefully curated collection of antique art and furniture, alongside modern appliances for everyday convenience. Bedrooms:
Bear Cub Cabin offers three cozy bedrooms. The upstairs master bedroom features a king bed. The upstairs guest bedroom boasts a queen bed. The downstairs guest bedroom is equipped with two full beds. All three bedrooms have their own closets. Each bedroom is adorned with locally sourced antique artwork and features plush memory foam beds for restful nights.

Bathrooms:
The upstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower with Moroccan cement floor tiles and handmade ceramic shower tiles. The downstairs bathroom offers a tub/shower combo, also elegantly designed with Moroccan tiles. Both bathrooms boast marble countertops, farmhouse sinks, and luxury Public Goods bath amenities.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, showcasing modern Samsung appliances and reclaimed floating shelves. From a dishwasher to a Keurig K-Cup machine, it includes all essentials for effortless meal preparation. Stocked with quality knives, plates, utensils, and cookware, it’s ready for any culinary adventure.

Living Spaces:
Bear Cub Cabin features two inviting living areas. The upper level space is open to the kitchen and dining area, complete with a leather sectional sofa, wood-burning stove, and wall-mounted Frame TV. The lower level living space offers a comfortable sectional sofa and large flat-screen TV, ideal for cozy gatherings or movie nights. A selection of games is conveniently stored for indoor entertainment.

Outdoor Oasis:
Set on a picturesque 1-acre plot, Bear Cub Cabin offers versatile outdoor spaces. Enjoy the front yard for picnics, marshmallow roasting, or snowman building. Relax on the spacious elevated deck with Adirondack chairs, perfect for soaking in the scenery. Gather around the fire pit in the front yard for evening gatherings and starlit conversations.

Additional Amenities:
Stay connected with strong Starlink Wifi and stay warm with both gas heating and a wood-burning stove. The driveway accommodates 3-4 cars comfortably, ensuring easy access for all guests.
