This bedroom has an adjoining sunroom, which is used as an extra bedroom with two daybeds and two pull-out twin trundle beds. The fifth second-floor bedroom has a queen size bed adjacent to a hall bathroom. The first floor has one formal living room with a fireplace and multiple French doors leading to an outdoor covered porch. Second formal living area with fireplace, w/pull-out queen sectional, and large TV area with french doors leading to a covered outdoor patio with additional plush outdoor seating overlooking the swimming pool. Chefs kitchen with two sinks, 5 burner gas stove, custom cabinets, and limestone countertops with a large seating area. Features Keurig coffee bar, plus gas fireplace and adjacent plush seating areas one on each end of the large kitchen which makes for private and quiet morning coffee areas or separate TV areas on each end of the kitchen. The small parlor area with French doors on the first floor can be converted into a private bedroom with a queen-sized pull-out couch. The formal dining room has seating for 12 people (extra seating can be added with prior notice).
