Waterfront Home. Casa O'Connor is one of our most popular rental homes. LOCATION is everything in POC and this one is conveniently located on the ICW walking distance from Froggie's Bait Camp and the Public Boat Ramp. This home features expansive views of the ICW and our Bay System. Plenty of room for you and your guest to spread out over this 3-level home. When you rent the entire home it comes equipped with 2 boat lifts! The 60' pier has a t-head on the ICW for fishing fun and wi-fi internet access if you must crack open the lap-top! The spacious upstairs deck measures 1,000 square feet.

Note: House is built on zero lot line, parking Prohibited on either side of house. Towing enforced.

Rental includes bed and bath linens, hand soap, bar soap, dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent (where applicable). Linens are limited to those on hand. Many properties have washers and dryers, plus there are convenient laundry facilities in Port O'Connor. For longer stays, you can request an optional housekeeping/laundry service. GUESTS SHOULD BRING WITH THEM THE FOLLOWING: personal toiletries, beach towels, food, and paper towels, if desired. Provided linens cannot be removed or used outside the property.
