Villa Fantasy is a brand new luxurious holiday villa located in the picturesque village of Mastrinka, just a 10 minute drive from the historical center of town Trogir and a 40 minute drive from the center of the city of Split. This modernly furnished and spacious villa situated in a quiet area provides everything needed for a relaxing vacation with friends or family, including a spectacular seaview spreading from the balcony. Nearest restaurant, cafe, grocery store and beach are within a walking distance, while larger selection is available in nearby Trogir.

Luxury villa Fantasy covers 380 m2 of living area divided on ground, first and second floor levels. Luxurious interior rich with natural light creates an ambience of a modern and comfortable holiday villa where every guest can feel at home. Villa Fantasy has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 1 half-bath and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 persons. There is a possibility of accommodating 2 additional persons on a sofa bed only if one or both additional persons are children.

The ground floor is designed as a lounge area with a spacious open concept living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 half-bath as well as a recreation room equipped with a multifunctional workout station and table football/pool table. Living room has access to the outdoor area with pool through a sliding glass door.

Contemporary staircase leads to the first floor level, designed as a resting area which consists of 3 air conditioned bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm) and SAT-TV, each with its own en suite bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms have seaview, while in other two bedrooms the bed can be separated into 2 single beds if necessary.

Master bedroom is located on the second floor level and equipped with a king-size double bed (180 x 200 cm), air condition, SAT-TV and en suite bathroom with shower. Master bedroom has access to a spacious balcony with a breathtaking seaview, where guests can relax in an outdoor jacuzzi, soak in the sunshine on the sun loungers or sip a glass of wine over a sunset on the outdoor lounge area.

The outdoor area consists of a private heated pool (25 m2) surrounded with sun loungers and parasols where guests can find refreshment during hot summer days, as well as the outdoor dining table, ideal for dining al fresco. Pool area is equipped with an outdoor shower, while the guests also have an outdoor grill and table tennis at disposal.

Villa Fantasy is fully air conditioned and equipped with SAT-TV, wi-fi internet, iron and ironing board, baby cot, blinds, safe, electric stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, barbecue equipment, blender, washing machine, hair dryer, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, table football/pool table, outdoor grill and table tennis.
