Great stay

Great place to stay and we will again if in the area. Clean and as described. We were worried about street parking but there was plenty available. The beds are super comfortable! Martin was great!

Great for a long weekend

This was perfect for graduation weekend. Close by to Yale. Neighborhood is a tad sketchy but that didn't bother us. You may hear the people who live upstairs. None of this was a show-stopper for us on a tough weekend to find affordable lodging. House was clean and well-maintained. Thank you!

Recommendable Place In New Haven

Lovely, comfortable, and clean!

We were in town for just 2 nights, but had such a lovely relaxing stay at this property. Very clean, with very comfortable beds. Convenient to the museums we wished to visit and many extras throughout - would highly recommend.

Nicely maintained, clean spacious area. Beds are so comfortable! Very nice owners with great communication. Private entry and plenty of street parking. Neighbors were quiet. Would definitely stay here again to visit Yale.

Clean and Comfortable

We were in New Haven for a concer. The property was close to everything we wanted to do. Spent our first afternoon in the backyard sitting area which was very nice. The owner Martin and his Wife were great hosts and were full of great suggestions. Would definitely consider a stay there again if visiting New Haven.

Great place near Yale Campus

We stayed here to visit our older daughter that lives in New Haven. It was a great location and the hosts were very kind, welcoming, and responsive to all our needs. The home was very clean and had a variety of teas, coffee, honey, and sugar. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and clean place

We were hosted by a very personable and friendly couple who even helped with our luggage as we navigated staying away from home with our 4 week old and 3 year old. The place was nice and clean. We would definitely stay there again if the chance arises.

Wonderful Stay!

Martin and Kosha are great hosts! The place was beautiful and very clean/well-kept, everything was like new. They had everything we needed, and more than expected! Great sound system, beautiful backyard oasis, and street parking right in front of the house. I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Vrbo rental

In town for a concert. We had such a great time! Super clean, beautifuly kept properly. Kosha greeted us upon arrival to show the apartment. Huge comfy king beds, Awesome back yard hang spot. Martin came out and set up a speaker for us and citronella for bugs, so chill and the hospitality was amazing. we hope to stay here again! We would recommend 10 outta 10!

VERY NICE STAY

The home owner was VERY helpful getting us to his site. He was well stocked with anything you might need to be comfortable staying there.... Nice bathroom and the two large king beds were top tier plushness for an amazing sleep. I only have 2 small suggestions to improve - - put some house numbers out front you can see from the road. And the open bar confused me. The bottles had saran wrap around the caps to say 'do not use'.....but why weren't they just stored in a locked cabinet.

the takeaways of this get-away

parking could be improved. not handicapped accessible....meaning no grab bars in bathtub . Spoke to the owner about top step outside of porch....not user friendly for anyone.
